Short stay. Location near metro and bus, park. Clean accommodation. We were warned about the smell of cigarettes in the accommodation, left by previous guests by text, but when I asked for more information about nearby buses, I didn't hear back. I'm still satisfied and would recommend this listing.

Muriel's apartment was nice to us: spacious, well lit, convenient. We found everything we needed because it is well supplied with various equipment (kitchen, dishes, linen maintenance...) The facilities (washing machines, dishes and others ...) are of quality. The apartment is designed to make you feel comfortable. It is close to shops, good restaurants, you can walk to the city center. We were well received, with flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. We will come back to it without hesitation.

I stayed for 1 month at Julien's place and everything went very smoothly. The location is great, all within walking distance. And the accommodation itself, functional, pleasant and well-equipped. Communication with Julien was qualitative throughout the stay. Go there without so much as a second thought. 😉

The appartment is superb. We were 3 but could have fit 4 people. There was a full kitchen as well. The location could not have been better. The entirety of downtown Toulouse is within walking distance. Lynda was fantastic as well, always responding within minutes, offering a bottle of wine and her local recommendations. I only wish we stayed longer.

We loved our stay at this rental! The apartment perfectly matched the listing, and we were delighted with the quietness of the residence, self check-in and checkout (very simple and efficient) . Conveniently located, it allowed us to fully enjoy local shops and entertainment. Everything was spotless, clean and warm, which made us feel at home. Every moment spent here has been a real joy, and we recommend this rental without a second thought. Very functional, nice and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the swivel TV! The location close to the Canal du Midi allowed us to take beautiful walks. Highly recommend this apartment.

I confirm that this is a guest favorite! Let's start with the negative points for me: There's no bathtub plug 😢 and after a bad day, I would have enjoyed a nice bath. The spacious room would have deserved a larger bed and the dressing room is too much (there is already a closet) And it's it! Located in a welcoming and wooded residence, this apartment, yet very close to the commercial area of Blagnac, is incredibly quiet. A parking space right in front of the entrance is allocated, and the tram station is 2 steps away. The terrace, super nice, not overlooked, and well equipped makes you want to enjoy it. The apartment is functional, pleasant, secure, clean and has plenty of storage space. The room is spacious. And the stay, whose photos are not up to date, is even nicer. Finally, Valentin is responsive and friendly, like his dad who welcomed me so kindly. In short, if I need to, this is where I will come back.

A fabulous place to stay. The flat is very spacious, clean, well equipped, and comfortable in every way. Lovely balcony to sit outside. The tram intoToulouse stops right outside the flats every few minutes so makes it very easy to get around. Very quiet and peaceful within the flat. Jeremy is a very friendly, organised, and responsive host. Have stayed in the flat twice now and will definitely stay again.
