The home was better than we thought. Gorgeous secluded area perfect for family gatherings. Jorge was responsive and helpful if any questions came up. We were sad to leave and would love to return one day.

The house is very comfortable. Elvis was very helpful. Would stay there again, definitely.

The place is perched in a lush beautiful garden that we enjoyed the moment we stepped in. It is central but away from the hustle and bustle of Calle Santander. Thank you Marion and Gerry for having us. Your place has been a home away from home. We truly enjoyed are stay. We are planning for a return trip already.

Visit the place with my family, we loved it, everything is very clean and tidy, the location is perfect almost without traffic. The hostess is always attentive, she is very welcoming.

Absolutely loved this penthouse feeling space. Location is great, relatively quiet for san Marcos and convenient distance to everything- can walk to the lake without crossing a road. As stated it was built for owners and has a grand feel, a few tweaks needed as it’s a new space. The lighting was a bit bright most places and more dimmers would be good. The bathroom in the bedroom is very small and my knees touch the wall, luckily there’s another bathroom that has more room. When other guests access the roof the noise reverberates in the space. And the lights on the walkway outside shine through the window, I unscrewed this bulb ;) Would definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. it was located close to the school in which we were taking Spanish and lots of amenities around. Hosts were attentive and helpful every step of the way. We got locked out of the main building one night when we didn't expect to be caught up in traffic and the host came down to let us in in a timely manner. We were respected and had privacy and would highly recommend a stay in this apartment. Many thanks to the hosts for a great stay!!

The house was beautiful and the view was one of the best on planet earth!! The sunrise and sunset was exquisite and the swim from the dock in the morning….so nice!

The airbnb was lovely, clean, private and peaceful at night. It's about 30min walk from the centre of the village but you can take a tuk tuk. There is a secluded little beach 10min walk away, a great coffee place nearby and the owners also have a great Italian restaurant around the corner. I was able to rest and really enjoyed my stay. Gerson was very responsive and helpful with my check-in and any other questions I had. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. This place is a dream. Our whole party of 14 people loved it. Everyone was accommodated lots of room and space. Samuel and Hugo very helpful and attentive. Suzy made wonderful meals. Recommend it!

My family and I loved staying here! The shared courtyard reminded us of the haciendas we would see in soap operas growing up. We had an amazing view of the volcano that was active nearby and the sunrises were beautiful! We were in the center of the city so there was some noise from the nearby clubs that could be heard so I would be weary of that but everyone from my family said that they were usually tired enough that the noise did not keep them up. There are so many great restaurants nearby all of them were within walking distance and walking around felt really safe.

Daniel’s place was incredible; breathtaking views; the staff is so friendly and super welcoming is for sure an experience since your welcome to take a boat ride to the house Carlos is super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended

Beautiful adobe cottages with breathtaking views of the lake. Easy access to neighboring pueblos. Kayaking is great, and the water was perfect for a dip. Interactions with Maria the cook, a warm person who taught is so much, will be treasured memories from the trip.
