Lovely apartment, close to restaurants and beach. Spotless and comfortable.

The apartment is super comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Elena is very friendly and helpful with anything we need. The setting is beautiful, you are short walk down the beach. There is plenty of parking space and nearby there is also a supermarket that has everything.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

Exceptional, one of the best homes we've been to. The house was spotless, you can tell that they take great care of it. Excellent mattresses, the bathroom and kitchen had everything. Very cozy and comfortable

what a stunning place, something you dream about or see on the TV, from outside you would never know what you're about to walk into, it has style, class, and it's nestled into a tiny little Spanish village that you just don't expect, if it's available and you have the opertunity to book, do not think twice and just book it.

Everything perfect, we came by only one night because we were passing but NES made it feel at home and the communication was very good and fluent at all times. I recommend it.

Irina was very helpful and responsive and the house was as described. Spotless clean and with all the equipment you ever need! The swimming pool was a huge plus too. If you look for a quiet home with a good location you are at the right spot!

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

We were very well in the apartment, a few meters from supermarkets, bars and shops. As a suggestion we would say that it would not be too much if a hose was possible to cool off and remove the land when you arrive from the beach. But otherwise highly recommended

The most well equipped air bnb I have ever stayed in The host was very accommodating allowing us early check in/out Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We were very lucky with the weather in October and would definitely return

Everyone in La Favorita was very nice, willing and very attentive, they even approached us to the station when the bus didn't arrive. The description of the apartment is exact, the terrace is very large, the pool is great, it is right on the beach, and there is very good connection with all the amenities. Highly recommended!

Myself, Wife, Mother, Father and Son visited Marcos' place for 1 week, it was a wonderful & perfect home from home. Spacious, warm, clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you will need in a great location. The rooftop balcony is just remarkable, so relaxing, peaceful and perfect. Marcos is the best host i have ever had, he is friendly, helpful and his communication is fantastic. Marcos goes that extra mile, everyday there were fresh pastries, baguettes and water delivered, Marcos even brought us washing materials along with charcoal and lighters for the BBQ. Marcos also delivered the best Spanish Torilla we have ever tasted, it was so good. In addition to all this we had champagne, red wine, chocolate and a full fruit bowl of Bananas, Oranges, Apples, Kiwis, Avocados, Melon, Pineapple on arrival ! The fridge was also full of Water, Coke, Orange, Lemon Fanta, Sprite, Ham and yoghurts. I cannot recommend Marcos and his home enough, the best Host ever.

Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

The treatment with the host and the manager of the accommodation was wonderful.

Great location and communication.

Had a fab stay in this apartment, it was really home from home as we were there 5 weeks. All like the pictures and Paula and Jose were very quick to respond to any queries or questions or issues. Paula who greeted us on arrival was so lovely and very professional and nothing was too much trouble. You could hear the lift going up and down, but you soon get used to it. The walls are not soundproof so you could hear the neighbours but this was minimal at times. The rules are no noise after 11pm, and this was kept to by everyone. There is a fab Japanese restaurant under the apartment and lots round it, so I am imagine it is very busy in the summer. So close to the lovely beach and the bars on the front, sitting and watching the sun on the sea and the amazing sunset is a must. We really enjoyed our stay here and thank the hosts for such a great stay. The roof terrace is fab and I bet a massive sun trap in the summer. We are missing being there. Thanks very much.

We were very well welcomed by our host who was very warm with my family. We communicated during the stay and he was always responsive. On the equipment side everything works (although we abandoned the use of the dishwasher which did not wash very well). However, it is difficult to properly adjust the air conditioning as we can't adjust it room by room (but it works and that's the main one!) So make sure to turn it on before you go out if you want to sleep cool. For children: provide a non-slip bath mat in your suitcases because the showers are slippery for small monsters. Good quality bedding, clean linen. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
