Historic House with a View All Inclusive

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Gustaf's place is more than a place to stay. It is a residence where you feel very comfortable. The outdoor area is so versatile that you can relax either by the pool or in another beautiful garden area. The nearby restaurant is simply top notch. The wider area is very easy to explore.

The stay at Paul's was very pleasant for all of us (two adults, two children and two seniors). The house is located in a very nice area, quiet but a little isolated. In the village there is a small shop well stocked with everything but you need to have a means of transportation to get there and get around. It has a large garden and a parking space. The house is tastefully and carefully furnished, very clean and well equipped for every need. Telephone communication with Paul was easy and clear. Some details not to be underestimated are the steep staircase leading to the bedrooms, the bathroom upstairs that has everything, but is very narrow and the lack of a bidet. For the rest it was very nice to discover the Monferrato area based in this house.

Historic Villa with Modern Touch

This place was a little jewel. A gift hidden in the forrests. The drive up and down was magical each day. Note, you 100% need a car to be able to access the house. But once there, it's everything the listing says and more. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the beds are made, there are extra towels and napkins, there is wood for the fire, bottles of wine as welcome gifts. And the hosts! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. As a family that enjoyed their privacy, we were very grateful not to have to share the house with the host family. We were there on our own, the entire time. Children can scream and play and run around, with no fear of bothering anyone. The view from the dining room is to die for. This really was a magical find, and at an amazing price too.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Isabella. We where there with 4 couples and a baby and the house was perfect for us. Monica and Alessandro where super friendly and accommodating. The Villa is everything the pictures promise, an amazing pool, spacious rooms with all a ensuite bathroom and a lovely location with amazing views.
