I stayed in this suite with a whirlpool, kitchen, bathroom and spectacular views of Trastevere, amazing both day and night. The room was spacious, modern and well furnished, with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. The whirlpool was perfect for a moment of relaxation. The location is convenient for exploring Rome, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed here for our week trip to Italy. We have no complaints! It’s super close to many of the major sites in Rome, and has a ton of places nearby for pizza, gelato, and anything you need from a grocery store. We have no complaints.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants can be reached easily by car. Frederica is a great hostess and she and her husband quickly solved problems. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all issues were resolved promptly. Near the property is the train station Orte, from there a train runs several times to Rome, which I can only recommend. Cheap, on time (not like DB) and Rome is a blast! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again if we find ourselves in the region again.

The combination of a beautiful apartment, a truly hospitable host and a dynamic neighbourhood made this a memorable stay. We appreciated the generous space, well equipped kitchen and appealing decor. Silvia was genuinely interested in our experience of the local community, food and sights. She speaks excellent English and has a friendly personality. Trastevere is lively, real, full of places to eat and just across the river from central Rome. You can walk to most places and the public transport is easy to navigate.

For those who want a slightly cheaper accommodation than hotels and b&bs in the center of Rome but at the same time in a strategic location to get around by public transport! Very nice and comfortable place. For any problem, quick and courteous response from the owner. We recommend it!

Listing located outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome even if a room is a little noisy. The bus is at the foot of the building and takes you in 20min Piazza Venezia, to the center of Rome. Close to the Trastevere district, very pleasant in small restaurants and lively pedestrian street. Very clean accommodation, large. Very easy communication with the host who gives many tips. I recommend.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful 4night stay with our 2 children and their grandparents. Less than 10minutes walk to the Vatican. Lots of small coffee shops for breakfast and authentic restaurants for dinner in nearby street. Apartment was just as described and hosts were super supportive for check-in outside of hours. Airport taxis was easier for our family mix and took about 35minutes. No 63/64 bus stop around the corner was easy transport to main sights if not up to longer walking. Highly recommend this stay.

The stay was great, the place has all the amenities and is fully equipped. It is 200 meters from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks away it has a wide range of bars for aperitifs. Domenica was always kind and flexible with our schedules, especially on the last day when we had to leave our bags to be able to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and she got us another Airbnb for those days.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! Such a great spot and the hosts could not have been nicer or more hospitable... Helped us set up transportation even through a number of delays and made sure we were all set. We had long weary travel with hours and hours of delays and they came and greeted us and got us checked in and even held my 3 yr Olds hand as we got unloaded. Such a blessing. Beautiful renovated space, super super clean, ice cold AC in upstairs rooms, heat and coffee. Location is basically across the street from a grocery store and close to anything you could want, restaurants etc. A couple of things to note - it is on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper this could be difficult (we had 2 sound machines and still struggled with all of the street noise, sirens etc). If you need wifi access to a laptop without a way to scan a barcode maybe try to coordinate before you need to use it.

A modern kitchen is presented with sleek cabinetry and granite countertops. Natural light filters through large windows, illuminating the patterned tile floor. Kitchen appliances and utensils are neatly arranged, complementing a small dining table set with wine and fruits.
