The apartment is also excellently designed for a stay with children. Incredible amount of play, even snorkeling masks and sand toys were provided. Beautiful, child-friendly beaches are a short distance away by bike. However, you must know that the immediately adjacent city is a tourist settlement. But this also brings a lot of restaurants and entertainment options. Attention: from 11/1 you live in a ghost town, because everything takes a winter break. However, Ciutadella, the nearest town, is still very worth seeing and most shops are open.

A beautiful stone house with white vaulted ceilings. A roof terrace with a view of the church. All the kitchen equipment worked. Linen and towels also good quality. Wood stove was extremely effective. Lots to do and see in the town and the surrounding countryside. A great stay. Many thanks.

We particularly liked it: walking distance old town, spacious spaces, tasteful furnishings, very friendly hosts. Great big fridge and freezer, beds great. Of course the patio, also ideal for drying laundry, sitting and eating there in the evening or morning. Lovely place! Glad to come back!

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

l location of the house at its best!!! swimming out of the garden.... in a beautiful cove, but not accessible to small children . sandy beach nearby . very close to ciutadella , beautiful city. we really enjoyed our stay.

we had a great week with the family at Maria's place. Laria who lives next door welcomed us. the house is really very large perfect for 8, super clean. the pool is very nice in size, layout, exposure, quiet. the road is narrow to come but it goes with the charm of this farmhouse in Menorca. the position of the house was perfect for us who traveled the whole island. there are restaurants in the city next door accessible in 5 mins by car, playable by bike but not on foot. quiet with views of the countryside, a lot of charm. we hear an eye on the road that passes 200 meters but it's ok. a bemol, the quality of the wifi not great including the network and the quality of the beds was ok but can do better. we'll be right back

Mateu's house on the port of Cala Ratjada is just wonderful! Great layout, lovingly and very stylishly furnished, Mateu's artworks give the rooms a very special flair. The spacious patio was our hub, but also the morning coffee on the balcony, which is directly accessible from the master bedroom, was the perfect start to the day. The location is sensational, right on the harbor and a stone's throw from the sea and the picturesque Cala Gat. We enjoyed the sunny autumn days here and felt at home from the beginning. Communication with Mateu was straightforward and incredibly friendly, check in and out was very flexible and easy. This place is very special, we certainly weren't there for the last time.

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful home in Menorca. We are a family of a father and three young boys, and this house has exceeded all expectations. Spacious, cozy and with a magnificent garden and cared for in every detail, it immediately made us feel at home. It is clear that this house has been loved and cared for by a family before us and that it continues to do so with great dedication over time. Juanjo , the host, was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and postpone checkout, and gave us great tips for exploring the island. The super equipped kitchen was a real paradise for us who love to cook. We were able to prepare our favorite dishes as if we were at home, which we really appreciated. Our experience in Menorca was also made perfect thanks to this wonderful house. We can't wait to get back! also the beach is really close!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment. Small but tasteful and comfortable. All amenities we needed. Stunning hiking right from the front door, and easy access to incredible beaches. We visited in the shoulder season - October - and it was very quiet and peaceful. It did mean some of the local restaurants and supermarkets were closed for the season but it wasn’t a hardship. Loved our stay!

A neat and nicely decorated apartment. A breathtaking view of the bay! Even more beautiful than the pictures. Pedro is responsive, his explanations were clear for our arrival and during the stay. The apartment contains the amenities you need. Fully equipped kitchen, full linens. Mid-week linen change. Tidying up to comfortably settle in. Laundry, sea view in every room of the house. Blackout shutters and curtains in bedrooms. Quiet and peaceful terrace. I highly recommend this apartment, it was a bowl of oxygen and a joy. We had an excellent week at Pedro's place. We hope to return someday.

We definitely felt right at home. The urbanization is quiet, but in turn has many restaurants, super and bars within meters. Well located, very well equipped and clean and very close to the airport. It's not missing a detail, recommended one hundred percent.

The accommodation is perfectly equipped with every detail like phone charging cables, books, umbrellas, portable cooler and everything you need for cooking. Self check-in is very convenient and Elke allowed us to check in early. The beds are excellent. Spacious storage. The washing machine works perfectly and Elke had laundry detergent. Similarly, she had a few coffee pods that allowed us to have a coffee when we arrived before shopping at the supermarket in Mahon.

Great apartment, we felt right at home. Since we were there in winter, we realized that no restaurants or supermarkets were open in the village. But in Alaior or Es Mercadal, the shops and restaurants are open. We had a great and quiet time and were able to get to know the island in peace. This apartment is ideally located for this. We will be happy to come back.

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

It was very comfortable for me my stay throughout the month and a half that I was. I had some issues and Francesc along with Carolina always worried that he was fine. The apartment is something small but enough for what I was looking for. When it started cold, thanks to the air conditioning heat pump I didn't get cold and I was able to work perfectly. The views of the pool were very nice and I enjoyed making my morning coffees on the terrace table. The location was perfect as I had a Mercadona next door and a gym. Thank you for everything Francesc, a hug.

We felt immediately comfortable at the place and fortunately we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 pm. The host always responded extraordinarily quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for this. The pool is little visited, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quickly accessible on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Silvia was immediately clear and available to which question, she even recommended a place to rent the car that did not ask for a credit card. The house is in a perfect location and very convenient to reach all the most beautiful parts of the island. The house has parking in front, several supermarkets nearby, very good restaurants and a beautiful cove. We found the place clean and efficient, with everything we needed. Excellent location! Everything was as advertised. Jaume regularly sent us messages to see if everything was going well and was available as needed. Very good communication. Very clean apartment, impeccable bedding with all cooking equipment. Easy to park for free. Wifi ok. The location is perfect, as it is very quiet and close to the beautiful southern beaches. You can also easily discover Menorca because you will be about 1 hour from the capital Mahon and the other end of the island. We couldn't enjoy the pool because it was February, but it was close to the apartment. I recommend this place and Jaume!

I really enjoyed the stay! Would recommend it to everyone. Clean, nice and newly renovated. The apartment is large and has everything you need. Well worth the cost in relation to how nice it is and good location. I will be back for sure!

Very nice apartment in a well-maintained residence, very nice view of the golf. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the terrace well sheltered from the wind and sunny allows you to have meals outside. Be careful, however, out of season, shops and restaurants are closed nearby. Very good stay, Menorca is a gem to discover.
