Vacation rentals with beach access in Toowoon Bay

We had a great stay at Caves Beach - the apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed for our brief stay. There was plenty of space for 3 couples, and despite some average weather, we enjoyed using the balcony which had some awesome views. It was in walking distance to the beach, and we were so appreciative of Donna for accommodating our additional request needs! Thank you! The only suggestions I can make for future guests stays would be cleanliness - There was sand in the main bathroom, and the sofa had quite a few stains, as well as the carpets. I know these things happen over time with airbnb's, so it didnt affect our stay, but would suggest a deep clean!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as described - very clean and location - faultless! As previously mentioned - it does get quite hot without aircon but we managed it with the fans, the blinds and fresh sea breeze. We felt right at home and appreciated all the touches to help us settle in with ease - we were so sad to leave. Thank you so much!

Bernadette was so helpful right from the start. The place is amazing with an excellent view and location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and know exactly where to book in the future.

What can I say…..spectacular views. The photos do not do justice to this property. We were very comfortable during our stay and had everything you could possibly need in the property….and great parking. We were made feel very welcome by Sue. She was super friendly, a great communicator and more than accommodating. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you Sue.

Highly recommend staying here. The apartment is well located near the town centre and beach. Paula is a great host and has offered a home away from home. The apartment has everything you need and the stand out for my guests and I was how incredibly clean and comfortable the apartment was. Definitely a place I would stay again at when I’m travelling back to the entrance.

Highly recommend, was one of the smoothest Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Great communication and hospitality from the hosts. Easy access and walking distance to lots of activities.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

Beautiful and spacious home that had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Great communication and received all the information we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this property for families and friends wanting to enjoy a weekend by the beach!

Second time staying, this time with a baby and we had a wonderful stay. Feels just like home, didn’t want to go home! Two days was too short for us, next time we will be booking for longer!

A great location with ocean views! We could walk to the beach & local shops. Very clean & spacious apartment. A tv upgrade would be good, plus some wine glasses!Definitely a return destination.

The loft is a little gem in the middle of pearl beach! Great location , walking distance to the beach, accomodation was spacious and had everything we needed! Best part it’s surrounded by nature and luxuriously private. Super sad we have to leave , I will definitely look to be back for another weekend away with hubby and our fur baby Axel.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay - stunning house! Lee was great at comms and proactively gave us an early check in. Super easy to access and generally felt rested ! Wish I stayed longer!

Light filled well equipped home perfect for a family or group getaway. Good sized living area for when you need to bunker down to avoid inclement weather. The house is a short stroll to the beach and we found the locals very friendly and willing to share their coffee tips. Access instructions were easy to follow and Belinda responded to queries on a timely basis. We would definitely stay again.

Caves Beach is a beautiful location and amazing for families. Sue's place was the perfect location - right near the beach with stunning water views and the view of the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight. The house was big, private and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang about. Will definitely be booking this place again for another family holiday.

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

We had the most enjoyable stay here with Tina and Chris! We spontaneously ended up in the area for only a few nights and are so happy we did! They both are so incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. We wish we didn’t have to leave so soon and would absolutely stay here again!

Spent a fantastic 10 days here so much nearby. Don’t be put off by a quirky apartment it’s very comfortable & affordable. Beach/ocean pool (5 mins) 3x great cafes (7mins). The Mona Social (12min) has great cocktails & best views plus Guinness on tap! The golf club downstairs is also fantastic. The Mona hotel (10min) also Coles & HFM next door. We didn’t cook much (merely assemble snacks) though you could easily do this. Coffee Brothers in Darley St busy but worth it. The Newport 10min drive and definitely worth it. We also jumped on a bus (on main Rd) and headed to Fat Pomelo at Narrabeen but book early as is booked every night. This whole area is busy over wknds so get out early to enjoy the best spots. Weekdays are wonderful beach is still patrolled and ocean pool quieter. Yes the unit is a little older but we used the ceiling fans with doors open as no AC or cross breeze but complex has its own pool to use. Overall loved our stay. Thanks Brooke. Great beachstay. Everything you need to enjoy the sun and beach. Amazing views from the garden!

wonderful one bedroom flat below the house with a separate entrance, there's a steep driveway to lug your cases up but well worth the climb! It's a clutter free space, everything you need including beach sarongs and an umbrella. there's a full booklet with so much useful information on the area, things to do restaurants etc, air con & fans a gas bbq and a view over whale beach, what more can one want. love to return, thank you Emily & family for making our stay so enjoyable.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
