Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Toogoom

This is the second time that we stayed here and we will certainly be back again. Everything as excpected in a conforatble setting at a very convenient location, especially if you ahve dogs.

I had a wonderful time staying at this charming tiny away house. The space was incredibly well-designed, maximizing every inch while still feeling spacious and cozy. The minimalist decor created a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat. It was also great being so close to Hervey Bay, with all its conveniences, yet still surrounded by nature. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and connect with both nature and the nearby attractions.

Wow, what a gem this place is. Perfect location, beautiful house with everything you need, extremely clean and easy check in. I loved the small details also- the cute dogs which are door stopers, which have name tags, the gorgeous decor which was really creative and interesting. As soon as you walk in you get a sense of calm and very beach vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we felt right at home immediately. Wonderful weekend away at this fantastic property in Toogoom, beautiful location beach right at your door step. Secure yard for the dogs and close to the convenience store. Short 15 mins drive to Hervey Bay if looking for major supermarkets. It had everything we needed, we will definitely be back.

Classic beach bungalow vibe. Very dog friendly. Even our tiny pooch couldn’t escape. Dog bowls and mats appreciated. Extra amenities like plenty of shampoo conditioner. Washing up supplies. Comfy beds. Super friendly host and very responsive. One block from pub and pier. Our boat and vehicle fitted perfectly inside fence area which was fantastic.

We spent a month at Christina's and absolutely loved it! She has put a lot of effort into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood was quiet and the backyard was secure with lush lawns and beautiful gardens. Beds were comfortable with lovely linen. The kitchen was clean and organised with everything you need and without the extra clutter. We highly recommend you stay here!

This is our fourth stay here and we'll be back again. Very quiet street with great beach access. Back to basics with the family 😊. John also has excellent suggestions for things to do in the area should you need them!

By far the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Theresa’s home and gardens are beautiful and a fabulous place to relax, swim and enjoy the views. Everything was perfect and Theresa was so generous with drinks and breakfast etc. Thank you so much for everything. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Kayla’s place provides excellent value! What looks like an unassuming house on approach gives way to an expansive, modern, spotless home with all amenities. The couch is incredibly comfy and a great spot for a family movie night. We spent so much time in the pool which is the perfect depth and design for kids. Also loved reliving my teens challenging my tween on super Mario! Plenty of space, dog friendly yard and tiled flooring through most of the house. We will be back asap 💖

We absolutely loved the place. Was awesome we could take our fur babies to enjoy it as well. The indoor pool and outdoor activities were highlights for our family. Couldnt have asked for a better get away. Very peaceful and quiet, with Hervey Bay and everything you need in town not far down the road. Would 100% reccomend this place!

A great find for Hervey Bay! Close to the beach, the harbour. Lots of space in the house to spread out. Beautiful bathrooms, was just a wonderful experience from start to end. Thank you so much ladies, we really enjoyed our stay!

My second time staying with Jo and Anton and definitely won't be my last!!! Lovely, welcoming, helpful hosts and the accommodation is exactly what is needed for a quiet beachy getaway. The location is unbeatable if you are looking for a peaceful stay, with the beach just across the road. My dog Layla and I love it here and will be back again soon x

We had a great time at Riverheads. Definitely, it’s a great location if you have a boat and spend time for fishing. Very unique houses and enough space beautiful pool and outdoor areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Sonya’s “The Nest” it truly felt like a home away from home! The place was spotless, and the thoughtful touches like a bottle on wine on arrival made it extra special. Sonya was an amazing host, always quick to respond and full of great local tips. The Nest’s location was perfect—just minutes from the beach and lovely cafes/restaurants and half hour from Harvey Bay. We especially loved relaxing on the verandah after a day of exploring. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!”

This place was a most fantastic find.. with the most accomodating hosts .. fresh and cozy and comfortable and straight across the road from a very Shelly Beach where we got to watch turtles bobbing around , early morning dips in the bay and afternoon sunset walks ..Fabulous location, super clean and fresh and love the eclectic style.. thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous little gem with us - we found the perfect place for future stays!

Very well priced, made the vacation far more affordable. Quiet residential area, cute bird and guinea pigs out the back with the shared laundry. Short car trips from the central location. Thank you for a great stay!

Pet friendly, my fur boy loved the place! Well fenced backyard. Cosy cottage feel. Timber floorboards with high ceilings! Cottage was presented clean with no stale smells and is very well ventilated. 3 air conditioned units sufficient to cool the place down on a 36° day! Kitchen is fully equipped for daily use. We rested well and felt really at home!

Karen is a nice host, who even offered a bottle of wine to welcome us. The house is great, we liked it. Gave us privacy in fully fenced area. Easy to walk to a beach where my dogs loved so much. The house also offers an outdoor bbq, which is great addition. However, would be better if the electric stove in the kitchen was stronger. Having said that, it had all appliances we needed.

Great location. Well fenced, great yard, excellent size- exactly what I expected from the listing. Loved the front and back decks/patios and well equipped kitchen. Home away from home with everything ready to go.

Loved the house and the yard was perfect for some backyard cricket. The fold out couch was broken and unusable which Christina said she will replace. Great location.
