Located in a closed area so away from traffic which is very nice for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides in addition to being the city with the FLEET which is the most lively out of season in summary: perfect stay, time stood still Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

The studio is located in a haven of peace, furnished and decorated with taste. The place is just great, everything is there!! We couldn't find any negative points. Thinking, just one: our stay was too short… Martine and Eric are very welcoming and discreet hosts. You can count on them to guide you to make the best tours and eat at the best tables in the area. Not to mention the history of the island that Eric will tell you with passion. A big thank you to both of them for creating this beautiful place!! We'll be back for sure!!

Very pleasant stay with magnificent views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with your feet in the sand on Nonnes beach, it was great.

A real charming house hidden in a quiet street. Close to market shops and a 10 min walk to the beach. Elsa and Gregoire are very friendly and have decorated their home with taste. We enjoyed the books in every room, the piano and the chimney and had a pleasant winter time.

Everything is perfect: clean, well-decorated, well-located in a peaceful area that matches the listing description in every way. Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joel are charming and very welcoming. A property to keep in mind.

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
