Vacation rentals with a patio in Tone River

Wonderful place to stay. There was more than enough room for our group of three guests. The location was great, close to three stations (one with direct access from the Narita Airport).

We loved the balcony space of this home. The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to enjoy it as much as we wanted to, but I can imagine that in summertime it must be wonderful. The home was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

We loved our stay at Naoki's place in Taito City. The apartment was clean and had cute furniture. Perfect size for two best friends. The location was wonderful, so close to the temple and markets. The instructions were perfect for getting to the apartment. We enjoyed the most the balcony, to feel the sunshine. So much natural light in the room. The shower was also great (nice water pressure). There is a theme park visible from the balcony and we had so much fun watching the rollercoasters (closed at night so no noise issues). Thank you! We would love to come back :)

Apartment located in very strategic area. near to train stations, many convenience stores nearby, also near to Donki and many restaurants as well.

This is a great location, a little off the beaten path but close to a convenient train station. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Katsuo was super responsive and addressed the issues quickly. He was super responsive and very polite and pleasant to interact with. The apartment is cozy yet spacious (by Tokyo standards)

We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo! The apartment is in Nishi-Shinjuku, which was about a 20 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station. We travelled often to Shibuya and took the 51 bus which was very regular and close by. The apartment itself was very clean, it's not huge but this is Tokyo! We stayed for around 9 nights and found it comfortable and all quite new. The only downside was the WIFI which wasn't great as we wanted to work from the apartment and couldn't, it uses mobile WIFI so we couldn't connect to our work networks - this was a shame as the flat had a nice separate study for working. The host was super responsive and quick to answer and help us will anything. Thanks again!

The homestay is very close to Sasazuka station, it is very convenient to get around, there is also a supermarket mall near the station, and there are many shopping options for eating.To Shinjuku Shibuya, whether by tram or taxi, everything is very clean and tidy in the☺️ homestay.At first, I thought it would be inconvenient to split the two and three floors, and the results did not affect each other at all. It was especially good, and I would like to continue staying in Tokyo next time.There was an issue and the host and customer service were also quick to respond, praise👍

Felt like home! Clean house with everything we need. Quiet neighbourhood has a laundromat just behind the house. Nearest station is Shin-shibamata which can be a bit of a travel when going to the central areas but gives you the local feel. Overall, the house is very nice and Yanhua is a great host!

We had a great stay at this resort! The space was clean, spacious, and easy to get to, making it a comfortable base for our trip. One unique feature we loved was the free kimonos available to try on—a fun touch if you’re interested in Japanese culture. The neighborhood had a few interesting spots to explore, including a lovely botanical garden we enjoyed visiting. While the nearest train station was about a 20-minute walk, the path was straightforward and manageable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and culturally enriching stay.

Excellent access from around Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo.The bedroom was spacious and we had a comfortable stay.

Very nice place to stay. Clean. No need to prepare anything. There is a good location. The location is okay. Lots of food around. 7-1 is right in front of the house. It sleeps comfortably with a small child. Two areas. It may not be available for children to run around, but it's okay for our family. The owner is very good to talk to, giving advice and asking questions throughout. Super recommended for people who will stay in the area.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

Hitomi-san and Hanako-san gave me one of the most warm welcomes to Tokyo. Three points that make this a place I’d recommend to travellers: 1. Amazing hosts: two hosts were very responsive and helpful in guiding us around the house. They also helped a lot with flexible check in and out timing. 2. Beautiful neighbourhood: don’t let the location deter you from the booking. Even though it’s not in the city centre, it’s still super accessible (no more than 15 min train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya). You also get to walk through a stunning food street and observe how the locals go through their daily lives. 3. Friendly neighbours and a super cute neighbourhood cat: we had the luck to meet a few friendly neighbours. Despite the language barrier they were warm and welcoming. There is also a very cute black cat that comes for cuddles. In all, strongly recommend and I will book again.

As soon as you go into the house, there is a wood incense There are all kinds of shops, supermarkets in the neighborhood It's also convenient to take a ride without a car for a few days. And there is heating and geothermal in the house Dry clothes in the bathroom is handy to wash clothes The owners bought coffee at the coffee bean shop next door for us to enjoy The most attentive owner I've ever met It's recommended.

Convenient area and easy go get to Tokyo tower , would definitely come back to this Airbnb!

The unit is clean and has all the amenities as published.. The stay there was very comfortable and feels like home. The location is very near to Shin Okubo station. The host is friendly too.

Alice is a great host who always provide prompt reply to all questions. Alice's house is very clean and just like the pictures she presented. There are everything you ever need including washing machine, all kitchen utensils, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The station is very close, it takes only 2 minutes to walk to itabashi-kuyakuchomae station. You can take exit A2 or A3 which has elevator. There are lots of delicious restaurants near the house such as tonkatsu, ramen, supermarket, and Lawson. The life at Alice's house is very convenient. I would highly recommend Alice's place to everyone visiting Tokyo. And I will definitely stay here again for my next visit. Thanks a lot !

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was comfortable, clean, and convenient to get to. Many nice shops nearby too. The size was just right for us. Will definitely recommend :) For travellers with more than 1 large suitcase, do note that there may not be enough space within the apartment for them to be left opened at the same time (throughout the stay).

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this apartment in Shinjuku. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the station, restaurants, and shopping areas. Finding the address was straightforward, and having a 24-hour supermarket just a 4-minute walk away made things so convenient. There’s also a AEON supermarket nearby, which was a bonus. Overall, the location and amenities made our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is walkable and located near Ikebukuro, a bustling area with a lot of good food joints.
