Santiago's place is a good place to stay. the residence is quiet, family and safe. there are three small shops inside where one can find quite things. (two are glued to the apartment) there is a place where children can play. the neighborhood is not that beautiful but for us it was not a problem. we always take a taxi to go out. the house is big, clean and comfortable. beds are large and comfortable. it is not very cold but Santiago put heating in each room for the most frivolent. there is hot water in the entire house. there are TVs in every room for those who like it. the only thing is that the kitchen has almost no tools for cooking. Only basic things can be done so for us it was a little uncomfortable to prepare kitchen sometimes but from the rest, we had a great time in this place. it is very close to the Candelaria and tourist places in Bogotá (by taxi) thank you very much. Santiago is a friendly guest who answers any questions quite quickly.

The apartment is very nice, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the lady received the check out at 5am without a problem.

Really great place, very clean and responsive staff. They immediately respond to any concerns you have. Very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Keep in mind there is no air conditioning or heating here. But this is standard. Bogota has nice cool weather year round.

Great place. I was here 10 days. For longer or shorter stays. You will have everything. Big King size bed, big tv, 2 bathrooms. Really nice washer. And really big kitchen with everything you will need. Also 24h security. Host is 10/10 stars. Helped me a lot. If your in Bogota this apartment is a must.

Francisco is the best host I’ve had in my multiple trips to Bogota. This is also the best apartment I’ve stayed in in Bogota. It had everything you need. The place is very homey and cosy. It’s located in a great location within walking distance of great restaurants malls and grocery stores. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Would highly recommend Francisco and the apartment to anyone wanting to have the best experience in Bogota.

A good place with a good location and a beautiful view

The apartment is exactly as the photos show. It is on a high floor and has good views towards the southern part of the city. Strategically well located, 15 minutes from the Center, shopping centers and public transport, in front there is a Transmilenio station. The apartment is well isolated from noise, it is a quiet and warm apartment, like being at home. It has the necessary resources to cook, do the cleaning and worry only about your food. The building. has very good security, they are always on the lookout at the front desk. In general, a very good place to enjoy your stay in Bogotá, I would stay again in the future. The only point of improvement is The internet is available but occasionally it leaves, if you work it will possibly be a disadvantage if that's the case. Carolina Very good host!

It's better than the pictures, worth it

Excellent comfortable, clean and quiet place, Mrs. Fanny was very friendly and always I answer on time, you can find the most basic for the stay in case you just want to rest, I finally suggest updating the TV to a more modern one (Streaming platforms) or adding a Smart TV to the main room.

This is a huge advantage in Bogotá, where the average temperature is 57 °F, and it can feel chilly at times. Despite its central location, the apartment is peaceful and a perfect place to relax after a busy day. A balm in the middle of our travel distress! What a lovely apartment, friendly host, and wonderful view. Building is very secure and near a lot of attractions, and Sandra even had us transported to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again
