We had a great time. My husband and I are traveling with our daughter (10 months old). We felt like at home from the beginning. It was nice to make a fire, grill, go to the sauna and swim in the lake. The house is very quiet and you have a great view from all rooms. The rooms upstairs weren't that big but there's an incredible amount of storage space. Communication with Katja was extremely good. We highly recommend this property.

We loved to stay in the cozy cabin of Tatiana during the cold winter days. We enjoyed the silence and privacy and appreciated the nature around the cabin a lot. Tatiana is a super friendly host and she responded quickly to our questions. She waited for us to show us the way down to the cabin and to explain how the fire place and sauna work. The kitchen was well equipped. We felt very welcome and would love to return one day.

Beautiful setting, spacious house with everything we could want on a short stay. The mosquito nets on the windows were very useful. Sari was very welcoming and accommodating from the start. When we arrived, she made us feel at home and even baked some fresh blueberry cakes for us. We would highly recommend Sari's holiday home, as it's truly beautiful, comfortable and restful.

This was the best chalet / mökki we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Finland. The photos of the interior don't do it justice: the living room is very big and great for relaxing. The bedrooms are small but functional, and the sauna is easy to work (electric) with a view of the lake from the window. The lake was perfect for our kids, with a sandy, very shallow beach. We enjoyed a trip out on the lake in the boat and swam a few times. We also had a barbecue using the brick pit in the garden. A great place to chill and enjoy the great outdoors (Kolovesi National Park is only 25 mins away).

The posting is very accurate: a peaceful cottage in the woods with lake access. There are XC trails nearby that can be walked. The place is remote, but not far from a bus station if needed. Host provided potable water and there were plenty of heat sources to stay warm. A lovely and affordable retreat for anyone looking to escape into nature.

The accommodation was really lovely. The location was in a really good location and the surroundings were really great. We really enjoyed it and would love to come again.
