Great option in Placencia. Clean and spacious, located right off the main street and minutes from the beach.

The three-bed apt on floor 2 of Marisol Villa is roomy and has great outdoor space -- both the veranda which we used constantly and the pool area. Comfortable choice just 1/2 block from the beach.

We enjoyed staying at this air bnb very much. It is not fancy. It is not a 5-star hotel. But it has all of the comforts your might want. We rented the one-bedroom unit. It came with a very comfortable screened patio where we could relax when we were not hanging out at the beach. The location is terrific. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. So is the Tipsy Tuna and the Barefoot Bar! The village has many restaurants within a short walk. I hope I can return to Placencia soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the condo! We had so much space for our family of 5. The location felt very peaceful and we loved the ocean view and the pool. We had a rental car so we had the option to eat nearby at a few restaurants or drive about 10 minutes to the village. The groundskeepers were so friendly especially Ian who would cut down and open coconuts for our youngest son. We highly recommend the condo especially for families!

The condo was spacious and nicely furnished in a beautiful location. Our hostess Zun was very helpful arranging golf cart rental for us and assisting with any questions and needs. A+

Our stay was exceptional! The condo had an ocean view, felt private, had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the restaurant had delicious meals, groceries were close by, staff was responsive, on-site staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept, the grounds were immaculate.

Had great communication leading up to and during our visit. I had even lost our keys to the place somewhere while visiting downtown and they drove out to unlock the door for us quickly and were very understanding. Even though there were supposedly other guests, we didn’t really see anyone except Ian, one of the property caretakers. Ian was a lot of fun to talk with and was quick to offer any help needed or to climb up, grab some coconuts, and open them for my wife and I. The only thing I didn’t realize was that it doesn’t come with things like coffee. There was a coffee pot and a mini fridge though. It was probably mentioned somewhere, I just didn’t recall seeing it. Not a big deal as the store is 2 minutes away.

The Tranquilty Beach Suites in Placencia, Belize exceeded all of our family vacation expectations. The two 3 bedroom condos we rented for nine people provided adequate space for everyone. It was nice that all bedrooms had their own bath and shower. All rooms were very clean and each kitchen was supplied with dishes and silverware. The pool and the beach were only steps away as well as several nice restaurants. Our host Zun was very receptive and met all of our needs. We are already discussing a return to Placencia, Belize and staying at the Tranquilty Beach Suites again. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Placencia.

We had a great stay, two minute walk to the beach! Everything was just a few minutes walk. Loved having a private pool to use. Community was very friendly!

This was such a gem of a place. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and the view. It was so relaxing and centrally located to stores and restaurants in Placencia Village. Would definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed staying here - the beach is clean and the water is warm! No waves! Just calm peaceful sea! The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal! Decor is rustic and beachy. The manager on site is responsive! Thank you 🙏🏾

The unit we stayed in was spacious, right on the beach but not touristy and the grounds were maintained daily.

This is our 3rd year staying at Alux and will no doubt return. The property is beautiful and the apartments are spotless clean and comfortable. I usually have to work a bit while we're there and the wifi is reliable and good quality (great for longer stays if you're a remote worker!). The location is the best in the village if you ask me. Many of the best restaurants in town are walking distance and the beach is a 2 second walk away. Parking has never been a problem even if we do take the car somewhere. I highly recommend staying here, feels like home and will make your trip the best it can be.

Tranquility Beach Suite was simply fantastic! The sea shore was so beautiful to walk along, glad I took a friend with me, there are some stray dogs along while walking but friendly! Our Host was so welcoming and gave us clear instructions! There’s always someone cleaning up outside & their pool was just splendid! Definitely staying again on another trio to Placencia! The restaurant at the side that’s a stone throw away was also great! Belizean food and something for the kids too! Thank you so much! Looking forward to the next stay! 🙂

Great experience staying here. This is in a perfect location near the main village and we were able to walk everywhere. Perfect unit with the beach right up front. Joyce checked us in and helped us with a bunch of requests and was fantastic. Will absolutely stay here again.

This place has the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we've ever stayed, making self catering easy. The location was brilliant, literally seconds from a supermarket and minutes from the beech. The pool was modern, clean and wonderful, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved staying, and it even had all the little touches of a hotel like soaps and toiletries etc. We even tried to extend our stay but they were already booked unfortunately. This was an ideal place to stay to explore Placencia and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them 100%.

We stayed one night at this unit. It was clean, comfortable and steps away from the beach. The location is perfect if you want to be close to amenities and the hustle and bustle of Placencia. There are lots of food experiences nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay! I loved being able to open the front door and sit on the chairs with my morning coffee to catch the sunrise. No cabana needed. They provided comfortable cushions for the reclining chairs and they were right under the palm trees. Perfect for beach reading. There were tons of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The beach club was close to dip in the pool. Joyce met us for check in and check out. She is so sweet and gave us good suggestions!

This studio property was cute and cozy with a beachy vibe. Fully equipped with everything you need for short or long stay. Located right across the street from a market with good prices and everything from groceries, beer, spirits to every other kind of supply. A fun pub right beside, but not noisy. We really enjoyed morning coffee by the pool and also the great private outdoor space made the studio feel very spacious. Complimentary bicycles were so handy for exploring the Village. Megan was always available to assist with any questions or needs. Such a great family! We highly recommend.

Moonflower was perfect for my family of four (me, my husband, and 2 teens). We enjoyed evenings out on the balcony and it was great to be able to walk to everything. The beach club was nice and free as the owner had a corporate membership—a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. The beach area in front of the house is nice and very clean with lots of chairs and shade, but once you get right to the edge of the water there was some trash and sargassum—not too bad, but the the beach club beach was nicer because of this. We did see a stingray right off the beach in front of the house though which was cool. The is a coffee shop right next door and a grocery store a few blocks away. We rented a golf cart for 2 days which was nice to get to restaurants further north on the island. It was a very enjoyable and easy stay in Placencia.
