Villa vacation rentals in Tōkai Region

Thank you for the lovely home! Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.It was about a 5-minute walk to Kawazu Sakura-Namiki, and it was great!(The full bloom period was significantly delayed, but lol) Also, there are three rooms, so I think it's easy to divide when there are a lot of people!The living room has a projector, so you can easily watch movies!

Our group of 6 stayed here for a week, and we liked it a lot! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious - and only a 10 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station with plenty of things to do in the area. The host was responsive, and we appreciated the flexible check-in. We just would have liked more space in the closets and bathroom shelves for our personal items. First floor: entryway, one bedroom (with two single beds), and shower room. Second floor: toilet room, living room, kitchen (with laundry), and small balcony. Third floor: toilet room, two bedrooms (with double beds), and one tatami room (with several futons and another small balcony). My partner and I found the double bed to be big enough for the two of us. Overall, a great stay! It's better than the pictures - we would highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our group of 9 people, spacious house with a decor that matched the vibe of the beach . I would stay here again . We stayed here for three days to spend the year, and it was perfect . We barbecue and the kitchen is complete, exactly as the listing says. Gentle and attentive hosts. Perfect location for exploring Kyoto, away from the crowds, but with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. The building is truly unique and is even nicer than the pictures with lots of luxurious touches. Very highly recommended! One word of warning (not a complaint!) this is a traditional Japanese house and so is not designed for tall people. I am 6’1” and cracked my head on the doorways a lot during the first few days!

Thank you for letting us use your property! My family and I really enjoyed our stay there especially at night because it is a quiet neighborhood and the lawson across the street is a great addition to your property. Hopefully we can book this property again the next time we go back to Japan.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Kyoto! Very convenient location and a stunning house. Has a clean aesthetic that is both traditional and modern. Absolutely spotless and every need was anticipated, from tea bags to bath salts to toothbrushes. I won't hesitate to recommend this house to friends and would definitely love to stay again next time we're in Kyoto!

Good place to stay in Kyoto. Walking distance from Nishiki Market and Gion. Perfect for a larger group or a big family. The place look exactly like the picture and there is a Kombini 1mn away, definitely worth it.

It was not only the quality of the facilities, but also the cleanliness, and I would like to come back again. The phone response was smooth and the communication was very satisfactory. The sauna and bath in the room were great!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a group of 6-8 people. The house was well equipped and comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Nice quiet location and a friendly Japanese elder as our neighbour. Close to a delicious Thai restaurant and a few other small restaurants. An easy walk to Kyoto station. Perfect!

We used it for a total of 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children, for one night and two days. 　It was my first time using a guest house like this, but I was able to use it without worry because the hosts were kind and accommodating from the time I checked in! 　The snow was so chilly that it was flickering in the evening, but the room was warmed up and I immediately relaxed.I also enjoyed the hot springs! 　Unfortunately, the Kawazu cherry blossoms we were looking for had more to offer, but we had plenty of fun traveling with a large group for the first time in a long time! 　Many thanks!!I'd love to stay again in the warmer months.

This was the most incredible place to stay. If you are visiting Shimoda and looking for peace and tranquility, highly recommend. Pristine home, lovely views, great restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. I never wanted to leave and will definitely be back.

We used it for 8 people, but we had a relaxing time.The photos were somewhat imagined before the visit, but the bathroom, shower room, and bathtub were more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The main purpose of this stay was the BBQ and fireworks, but they provided both of which were easy to do, making it easy to enjoy. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and amenities, and the size of the TV, the number of chairs, and the arrangement were perfect for a large group to stay comfortably. The interaction on Airbnb was smooth, and we had a peaceful and pleasant time because of the warm welcome on arrival, and the polite response was handled, and we had a peaceful and enjoyable time!I wanted to stay again if I get the chance.
