Amber’s place was exactly what we needed. It’s was clean and peaceful and the hot tub was perfect. Amber was incredibly helpful. She left us fresh eggs for breakfast and had even more amenities than were listed (snow cone machine?!)

All I can say is WOW! We will definitely be back. In fact, there were jokes about never leaving and asserting squatter’s rights! The house was cozy yet spacious and luxurious. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 school age kids and more room than we needed plus everyone enjoyed themselves so much that there was very little screen time! Hosts were very responsive with a couple quick questions and even went out of their way to handle something to make things perfect. Our family needed this vacation for a lot of reasons and we left refreshed with happy hearts and rested souls!

We cannot say enough good things about this place! The cabin itself was so cute and decorated beautifully. The details that welcomed us made us feel right at home and instantly relaxed. The cabin was so clean, the hosts were very responsive, and it was great to be right at the Fall Branch Falls trail head. The recommendations for where to eat and things to do were all great. It was such a relaxing stay! We highly recommend a getaway here!

Wow! Loved loved the view out the kitchen window even with the clouds being low! [lots of rain the weekend we were there]. We liked having each of our own rooms for privacy & a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal... Thankfully didn't need the washer & dryer but having access lessened the stress. it's an easy walk to get to downtown Ducktown & a short drive to Copperhill/McCaysville where we needed to be one AM for the burial. Cozy, clean, cute house & courtyard. It'll definitely be a return stay the next time we're in the area. ❤️

This home was perfect for our stay. We were close to family. The home has kitchen items available for cooking without having to run to the store for things like salt and pepper and spices. She even left homemade chocolate chip cookies for us! I nice touch after a long drive. There were games for the kids to play and a beautiful yard to hide Easter eggs. We would definitely stay again.

This little house is exactly what my husband and I needed for our little getaway. It was sweet, simple, and serene. There are neighbors to each side, but you cannot see when while in the house if you leave the blind up. We loved everything about it and will be back if we come back to this area!

Just everything at Don's place was remarkable, from the friendly greeting by the Co-host, Shelia, the ease of check-in after a tiring trip from Florida, the spotless cottage, the beautiful and comfortable furniture and the gift basket of goodies, including wine, cheese, cheesecake, fruit, crackers, and stocked refrigerator full of special treats like steak sauces, barbeque sauce, catsup and mustard packets, jellies, pizza, Texas toast, and breakfast sandwiches. You will also enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood only interrupted occasionally by the call of the rooster down the street. And the incredible pasture behind the cottage, the firepit, the back porch - just an absolutely amazing place and perfect getaway, a home away from home in the mountains. It doesn't get better than this. And our two chihuahuas agree. They loved their walks around the cottage on the grassy grounds and being back inside the warm cottage, watching TV with us.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Tipi. Roxanne is a great host with beautiful accommodations. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire, and listening to the creek for hours as the water passed us by. Our morning walk around the farm, being greeted by the beautiful horses with our cups of coffee, was exactly what our souls needed.

Nancy was wonderful to work with throughout the stay. She was friendly and inviting and always available to answer any questions or offer help. She and Scott stay busy taking care of the property, goats, chickens, and other guests, but they always have time to talk and offer advice, such as local restaurants and activities. I would absolutely stay with Nancy again, and hope to get the chance! She makes the guest feel like a friend.

If you are looking for a calm family friendly town nestled in the Appalachian mountains with the bonus of a breathtaking cabin shielded by a thin tree line overlooking a lake, then this is the perfect location. The instructions and proactive communication from Bryan were refreshing and thoughtful, never annoying or overwhelming. The property was sturdy with plenty of space for my family to enjoy together time or separate to play different games. This was one of my best travel experiences and memories were made here. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for something exceptional.

Taylar's cabin was exactly as described. The communication was excellent. It was easy to check in. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin, there were no sticky surfaces. The location is private and easy to get to. Bonus for the EV charger, that helped us explore the area without having to look for public chargers. The pool table downstairs was a hit for my son. The place was so well stocked, condiments, cooking oils, coffee, plastic wraps, zip lock bags, definitely way more than I've experienced in other AirBnB's. If you are looking for a clean and relaxing place, this is it.

My family of 6 stayed for a week and have only positive things to say about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we noticed all of the attention to detail Heidie gives to making her home feel welcoming. It truly feels more like staying at a favorite family member's home than an airbnb. Cookies waiting on the counter, a stocked pantry and coffee bar, and items in the fridge. She has decorated the home with thought, not just hanging a few generic pieces from Target. The home is very cozy and clean! There were even toys, books, and coloring items for our children which they thoroughly enjoyed. The front porch and backyard were perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and letting our young children play. The home was close to everything we needed. If Heidie will have us back, we will definitely be staying here again and checking out her other location!

This property is beautiful! Amazing lake views and private dock! The home was very clean and family friendly. The kids loved having a toy box there! Check in and out was super easy! Ryan was also quick to respond and check in on us. We will definitely be back to stay here!
