We had an incredible stay at this house. It was beautiful quiet and peaceful, the pool was perfect and the house was lovely. Mark was very responsive and provided us with lots of information about the local area. Would highly recommend!

The cottage is very functional and very well-equipped, pretty and well decorated, the cleanliness is impeccable. The location surrounded by nature is peaceful. Nathalie's instructions to arrive were very helpful. On site we did not see Nathalie but her husband who was very nice and friendly on arrival and departure. The fireplace is great, thank you so much for preparing it for us.

Pauline's home totally delighted us. It's a little piece of paradise. The house is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We were touched by all the thoughtful touches on us. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the kids loved the pool as well as the comics available. We had an unforgettable vacation with the family. We highly recommend the Fol'Hiver cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

The stay went very well, quiet place and charming house A lot of space

Everything was perfect! The apartment is well located and functional.

Odette, François's wife, received us kindly and made us feel right at home. She made sure we were able to go into relax mode right away. We also got tips on what we could possibly do and because we were in transit, which we could also do better somewhere else. François and Odette came to check several times during our stay whether everything was to your liking, so we also chatted cozily. Very hospitable people and a top studio (which will apparently also be renovated). In the morning we left at 8am and they were ready to wave us out. Definitely recommended!

Michel is a great host who is very welcoming and attentive. The house is superb and perfect to host a family. The place is ideal to relax and unwind. In return there is no 3/4G network and only the internet box of the house allows you to connect: prepare your trip looking, in advance, the way to the house. Thanks to Michel for hosting us.

Very short stay as part of a training, but still much appreciated. Listing with quality amenities and thoughtfully appointed. What to do is also left available, it's nice, as well as the little touches of the owners. Interesting exchanges with Jean-Paul about village life and nearby birds. A "nature" break from hosts who respect it. Don't hesitate!

This house is special, the first airbnb that we revisited, and we have seen a few. Beautiful garden, views, feeling of space inside and out. Kitchen, bedrooms with big and good beds, bathrooms, pool, everything is more than adequate. Hosts are friendly and responsive. We will undoubtedly be back for a third time soon…

The stay went very well. The estate is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and barbecue!

We had a lovely stay at Joost's beautiful home! The communication with Joost was very pleasant and he even arranged a camping bed and high chair for our daughter. The stair gate upstairs also provided a safe environment for our 2 year old. We really enjoyed the covered terrace where we could still enjoy the outdoors even in bad weather. The pool looked so enticing that we tried to plunge at 18 degrees but unfortunately it was really too cold. All in all had a wonderful vacation where we enjoyed the house and garden and the surroundings of Les Eyzies.

great house, much bigger inside than we can think from the photos. environment also even more beautiful than in the photos, total calm, huge pine trees in the garden and a lot of trees and vegetation that give the impression of being really elsewhere and far from everything. super swimming pool, large wooden terrace very nice and convenient to settle in at any time of the day. pretty and comfortable outdoor furniture. firm and perfect bedding as far as we are concerned (the beds are 140). bathroom/nickel toilet at the bottom and at the top. everything is spacious and bright, the kitchen is well equipped and organized. celine is very welcoming and responsive and gives useful information for the surroundings. we recommend it without hesitation. thank you!

Spectacular stay at Le Cheval Blanc! We loved our week at this large but charming house in the countryside. Beautiful, clean and cozy bedrooms! Large comfortable living room area with a wood stove that came in handy in the unusually cool September. The kitchen-wow. The best appointed kitchen we have ever encountered! And then, there are the hosts that went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. Delicious welcome meal and a well stocked fridge to get us started. Bill and Jill were friendly and very helpful. Walks in the area possible. Many villages to visit within an hour or two. It was an amazing week. You should stay at Le Cheval Blanc!
