Mickael is lovely. He responds very quickly and is flexible. We had space where everyone had their own room In the closet, we had everything we needed. It was fluid.

We had an incredible stay at this house. It was beautiful quiet and peaceful, the pool was perfect and the house was lovely. Mark was very responsive and provided us with lots of information about the local area. Would highly recommend!

Pauline's home totally delighted us. It's a little piece of paradise. The house is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We were touched by all the thoughtful touches on us. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the kids loved the pool as well as the comics available. We had an unforgettable vacation with the family. The stay went very well, quiet place and charming house A lot of space

We travelled from Australia to be with our sons and their partners, who both live abroad, for Christmas. Patrick and Jacqueline’s place was so perfect for us. We felt completely comfortable and so at home. The area is beautiful and lots of places to see and things to do. We cooked at home most nights and the kitchen is great for that. The wood stoves in the kitchen and living room kept the house so wonderfully warm. We definitely would recommend Patrick and Jacqueline’s place. Thanks to both of you.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is well located and functional.

Odette, François's wife, received us kindly and made us feel right at home. She made sure we were able to go into relax mode right away. We also got tips on what we could possibly do and because we were in transit, which we could also do better somewhere else. François and Odette came to check several times during our stay whether everything was to your liking, so we also chatted cozily. Very hospitable people and a top studio (which will apparently also be renovated). In the morning we left at 8am and they were ready to wave us out. Definitely recommended!

This house has been renovated with great care, up to the finishes which are properly impeccable. Decoration made with a very safe taste, impeccable amenities, quasi-professional bedding, everything is provided for a stay without the slightest hiccup. Everything is new and good quality Same for outdoors. Everything is clean, maintained, functional, well-arranged. Stunning pool with beach. The icing on the cake, this almost-sexagenarian English couple (physically only) is simply adorable. As for the value for money, it's unbeatable. A real discovery. I didn't think it was possible with an owner in the walls. Just exceptional!! I'll be back by the end of this year. It's a no-brainer. PS I've traveled a lot, especially through airbnb. I've never experienced this until now.

Superb accommodation, quality services, ideally located in the heart of the historic town of Périgueux, 5 minutes from the banks of Lisle for beautiful walks. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Had a fantastic week at this beautiful gite. It's so peaceful, private and a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has been renovated to a very high standard and is absolutely spotless, comfortable and well equipped. We felt right at home here. We very much enjoyed the pool and the log burner (on a couple of chilly nights) and the ability to log into our Netflix account. The surrounding area is very beautiful, with lots of stunning villages and castles to visit. Anemone is a great host and really helpful and friendly. All in all, we could not have had a more perfect week and would definitely return.

We never in a million years expected it to be quite this special. The area - a wonderful small village. If you get chance to go to the night market - do. It’s a wonderful place to meet locals and other tourists, try some wonderful food and even better wine. The village has two patisserie’s, a selection of restaurants. Friday evenings there was live music in a local restaurant, so follow the sound! There’s an art gallery, a shop and a pharmacy. And some ruins? Absolutely picturesque. The sunrises and sunsets are unbelievable as are the stars! Limeuil is a definite recommendation for swimming, lunch and canoeing! Lac de pombonne, another wonderful swimming spot. The house - felt at home immediately. The gates opened to a massive plot of land, with trampoline, tight ropes and a zip wire and of course a massive pool - everything you could want and need in a house. Job was very attentive. Could not have wished for a better home for our stay in the dordogne. Thank you!

This house is special, the first airbnb that we revisited, and we have seen a few. Beautiful garden, views, feeling of space inside and out. Kitchen, bedrooms with big and good beds, bathrooms, pool, everything is more than adequate. Hosts are friendly and responsive. We will undoubtedly be back for a third time soon…

Extraordinary accommodation. A spacious living room for a group, 4 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms, an equipped mega kitchen making it easy to prepare meals for several, a huge convivial table, a games closet available as well as a foosball table and a beautiful pool table! Everything to please! The responsiveness and kindness of the owners on top to create a memorable experience! Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay at Joost's beautiful home! The communication with Joost was very pleasant and he even arranged a camping bed and high chair for our daughter. The stair gate upstairs also provided a safe environment for our 2 year old. We really enjoyed the covered terrace where we could still enjoy the outdoors even in bad weather. The pool looked so enticing that we tried to plunge at 18 degrees but unfortunately it was really too cold. All in all had a wonderful vacation where we enjoyed the house and garden and the surroundings of Les Eyzies.

We had a pleasant stay at Mahil's house, a considerate and available host. Her place is perfectly suited for couples with children (cribs, etc.). The kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook. The wood burning stove allowed us to spend winter evenings in a particularly warm setting. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Spectacular stay at Le Cheval Blanc! We loved our week at this large but charming house in the countryside. Beautiful, clean and cozy bedrooms! Large comfortable living room area with a wood stove that came in handy in the unusually cool September. The kitchen-wow. The best appointed kitchen we have ever encountered! And then, there are the hosts that went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. Delicious welcome meal and a well stocked fridge to get us started. Bill and Jill were friendly and very helpful. Walks in the area possible. Many villages to visit within an hour or two. It was an amazing week. You should stay at Le Cheval Blanc!

Impeccable and very pleasant accommodation to gather with several families. It includes many amenities, it has everything you need to feel good there. Laurent and his wife were very welcoming, responsive before and during our stay. The little extra was the flexibility on our check-in and check-out times. We will happily return and why not in summer so we can enjoy more of the garden and pisicine!
