Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Lovely cottage close to forest and beach.

Private home that sets the setting for a perfect stay. Pets are welcome. The area's absolute best location. This is where you'll have the best value for money Large plot, which is completely private due to the great location and planting. Terraces on 4 corners of the world. Perfect location in relation to the North Sea and Legoland, but at the same time very peaceful. here you get very close to nature. Here is all the equipment for infants and small children. Guests say “better in real life than in the photos. Electric cars are charged separately.

Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand.
