An excellent place, close to the center of Herradura and Jacó, with easy access. The host is excellent, super friendly and attentive to any questions, with a quick response time. In addition, the house is super well equipped with everything you need to do with the kitchen, pool, bed and bathroom. The super beautiful pool area.

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Liana's rental was beautiful in a lovely gated community, noise carries a little but nothing extreme. The house was beautiful, lots of recommendations available. Liana was very responsive, exceptionally kind, patient. We were so grateful to stay here. The beach is about 2 blocks away, great for morning walks. The pool area is perfect. Comfortable. Anyone would be fortunate to stay here

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Kimberly was a fantastic host and helped us get settled in after a long day of travel. The house was amazing and cozy. Everything was clean, worked, and the pool area was amazing as well. Lots of outlets as well. It’s also perfectly located between Quepos and the beaches. In addition to all of the above; the wildlife around the house was abundant and made for great entertainment while floating the afternoon away in the pool. Cant wait to return and stay longer. I went with my family and we loved it, the place is surrounded by nature, we saw many monkeys, pizotes, butterflies, hummingbirds, iguanas. The privacy and peace they had were incomparable, highly recommended!

We had a great time with the family! House is comfortable and pool is too. House is surrounded by deep nature and a variety of monkeys will come visit and give you a full experience! Personal care products provided are high end and we appreciated that. We had a couple issues with bed linens and dryer machine but John and team were super responsive and kindly found solutions that worked well for us! I would recommend!

Condominium is pretty good size. The swimming pools are great.

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

This was our fourth week using Airbnbs for lodging, and this was our favorite by far! Carol was always fast to reply and offered helpful ideas for our stay. Her condo has everything you might need for a great stay. The community is super safe with a gate to access, another code for parking, a different code for the tower and another for the condo! No keys just codes. The outside pools and beach are super clean and great for relaxing. The bed was fabulous, shower and AC worked great too! Weekends have more families coming to use the units but all the other days it is super quiet and just a handful of people using the facilities. We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning again. Thank you Carol!

It was my first time in Costa Rica and it was a great experience. The condo was very clean and spacious. We were comfortable as if we were home. Everyone was so polite and helpful if needed. If I ever go back I’ll definitely stay here again

The place is super accessible, safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and common areas such as the pool and ranchos, are ideal for a quiet rest. We will definitely be back.

I've stayed at Jhonathan's Villa for the past few years, and I certainly feel at home here. Jaco is growing quickly, and Jonathan's home is quiet with plenty of activities close by. It has a perfect location, quiet and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay.
