This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Our stay at the Airbnb in Costa Rica was beautiful! Ideally located between Jaco and Manuel Antonio, exploring the area's beauty was easy. Despite the rain, we had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful and ideal for celebrating our mother’s birthday, offering all the comforts we needed. The pool stood out, especially for families—my nephew loved it. We did have an issue when the water stopped, ironically during the rain, but the hosts responded quickly and showed great care in resolving it. A highlight was seeing toucans daily, adding a special touch to the natural beauty. The scenic location, family-friendly amenities, and attentive hosts made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing Costa Rican getaway!

Matt, Richard, and Nic's place was great and fit our needs. Our family of four adults was comfortable with the well laid out two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The back patio, pool, and yard offered a great end of day place to gather for dinner, drinks, reading, and catching up on work. Everything worked great (WIFI, appliances, etc). Location is ideal as it was 2-3 minute walk to major activites (market, shops, pubs, resturaunts), and a few more minute walk to the beach, but located just far enough away for comfort and privacy. Ideal location as a base to enjoy the great range of activities. Instructions were simple, and Matt, Richard and Nic answered the couple of standard questions we had, quickly. Overall a great lodging experience in a great place.

Daniel was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and helped us out. He was very proactive and checked on us to make sure our trip was going amazing. There were literally no CONs or nothing to complain about. He even arranged to have groceries at the house before we got there and great recommendations for activities! I would definitely stay at this AirBNB again.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicks!!! Absolutely loved the location, a short walk away was the beach and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Nick left a detailed guide of things to do and places to go and see, even recommendations of where to eat! Having a pool right there is a big bonus for us, as well as having surf boards and boogie boards supplied!! Nick has thought of everything to make sure his guests have a great stay!!! We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying for an extra week!! Next time we’re in the Jaco area we will definitely be staying at Nicks!!!

The place is perfect for groups. You have two identical houses with an amazing pool to share. My only regret is not staying longer. My biggest recommendation is to rent a golf cart to make it easier to access everything there. It's worth it. The hosts were super friendly and helped us with everything!

We spent an amazing weekend on this condo, it is huge, it was clean, organized and clean. I will definitely come back with my family! It is also great that you can use the pool from the condo or go to the Beach club which is a great place to spend the day by the pool, close to the beach and with a restaurant so you can order food and drinks.

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

An extremely comfortable place, private and equipped with all the amenities described. It is ideal for both couples and children trips. The location is great, very close to the beach and the pool area, which is a great plus point in such a spacious condominium. Also, in the area it is easy to find options to buy anything you need. Carol was always very kind, responded quickly to our inquiries and was attentive, offering us helpful recommendations. Without a doubt, an experience we hope to repeat. We'll be back again!

Randal was a great host and the condo is in a great area. The community was experiencing low water pressure, but Randal was responsive and did what he could to try and improve it for us.

Leonardo's place is located in a quiet secure gated location. There is a nice duck pond nearby in the general area around 5 minutes walk up on the road. Great nature scenery around the condominium, like mountain views. Overall a good stay.

I had the best stay at Jhonathan’s condo at Villa Princess Jacó. It is just as beautiful as the pictures and the property is incredibly serene, peaceful and calm. The condo itself is absolutely wonderful. The bedroom is absolutely stunning - the lighting with the hardwood is like no other! Very comfortable and quiet. I had a million questions and Jhonathan and his team were incredibly communicative and helpful. I had a couple challenges on my end and they were amazing and so helpful. I would stay again in a heart beat. I truly enjoyed that it was on the edge of the town, just what I was looking for. Thank you Jhonathan, Erick and team!!
