Vacation rentals with a pool in Tivives beach

This place was awesome! I totally recommend to anyone who wants to explore Jaco and enjoy the many excursions surrounding it. The condo was super nice, modern, secure, had great A/C, and was super walkable to everything in Jaco (<15 min). Alex, the host, was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced and responded to any message so fast. We were always provided everything we needed and the amount of info about Jaco you get with booking is worth the price alone. Couldn’t have been better!!

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! The house was perfect—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after a day at the beach, especially during the hot portion of the day. Communication with Karen was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal: just a short drive or walk to the beach, but tucked away in a private and quiet area that felt peaceful and safe. Good food really close to the house. The best restaurant in the area is actually the hosts, Los Almendros! Highly recommend!

Excellent, the place is very beautiful, it has a very beautiful view, the street in perfect condition, very close to the beach by car, walking is a little heavy by the heat but very well. The pool is just for refreshing and relaxing has everything we need.

Words cannot do this experience justice. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the whole stay was magical, from the breakfast to order every day, the front desk staff, the sloth who hung out in the tree over the pool, the macaws who live in the tree next door... absolute bliss. The view is incredible and the house is well-appointed and comfortable, along with being walkable to over a dozen phenomenal restaurants, juice bars, spas, you name it. We saw at least as much wildlife here as we did in Manuel Antonio NP, all from the comfort of the pool (highly recommend carving out 2 hours every afternoon to hang out in the pool). We saw: a sloth, agoutis, countless birds (macaws, parakeets, anis, a toucan, great kiskadees and many more), squirrel monkeys, capuchins, a tree frog, and probably more things that I'm forgetting. Easily the best vacation I've ever taken and this lodging was a huge part of that. Worth every penny and then some.

The condominium is beautiful very quiet with private beach, restaurant and supermarket there was no need to leave the house very nice, improved to the photos of advertising and Laura was always attentive to my inquiries and very kind allowed me to be with my 4 dogs. That was the best. We definitely want to come back. Thank you for letting us be in her house.

We had an incredible stay here! The house is spacious and a short 10min walk from the beach, with lots to do in the surrounding area. The hosts were proactive, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

I loved the privacy of the place, the pool just for us, the sound of birds in the mornings and cicadas in the afternoons... the place is very spacious, there are also two very friendly and well-behaved dogs... it is very close to the city but surrounded by nature... Everything was very good, just some things to improve. All the dishes had dust and there was a cockroach on the spoons. There are no plastic containers for snacks or for children. There was mouse droppings on the blanket and in the closet. There were no bath mats, shampoo, napkins or kitchen towels... The shower in the secondary room doesn't close completely and drips all day, it's just a matter of improving the cleaning and utensils I would also come back because it is very private and close to the city. The host's attention and response is very quick and very friendly
