Excellent place to stay! Feel right at home with enough room. Washer and dryer, beautiful shower and a comfy layout! Close to the state line and easy to commute. Hosts are amazing and I would stay here again!!! 11/10!

This downtown loft is absolutely darling! Just a few things to point out that I love about this rental - The loft was clean upon arrival, the historic/vintage decor was neat to look at and well placed, the high ceilings make this rental feel extra spacious, and the downtown Iuka area has always felt safe. It’s also very convenient to be right above Cream & Sugar - which is also a great place! :) Shane was quick to respond and this is a 10/10 recommend for anyone.

Stayed for fishing tournaments at Pickwick lake. Covered carport with electric to park and charge boat. 15-20 min from Pickwick landing state park and several other ramps. Simple, clean, and cozy. Worked out great for us.

Kenny was an awesome host and kind beyond measure! The cabin is super cute, and cozy too! The sound of falling rain on the tin roof was soothing and made working on my laptop quite peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at Kenny's Cabin!!

Brian was at the house when I arrived and energetic for us to stay at his place. We had a group coming to Pickwick and he offered us his other local services on top of the house rental. Would stay again!

Brooke's home was an old home with lots of character! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was very easy to get in and check out. We felt right at home! Brooke was super helpful and responsive and even brought us night lights for our kids! The price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again!

Kevin is an amazing and accommodating host. So friendly and responsive. I can't recommend this rental enough! It's adorable and cozy, near the heart of Iuka. Super pet-friendly, too! A huge bonus for us. Thanks, Kevin!

We biked the Trace. stayed here for one night. It had everything we needed. Dinner in the evening at the restaurant down the street. "Healthy" deep fried everything breakfast at the gas station too. House was perfect for us passing through. Thank you for the hospitality. Will stay here next time we run the Trace.

I can't say enough good about this lovely home. It really is set up for the guests to enjoy and feel at home. It had everything we needed and a bunch of extras, like the game room and a kitchen with everything anyone can need. My son loved it so much he said that if he won the lottery, he'd want to buy the house and everything in it. We will definitely be back!!

Delightfully cozy little place. Quiet and secluded. I wish the weather had been nice enough to be outside for awhile, because the stars were amazing. This would be a great place for a telescope!
