The accommodation is sensational. Starting with the view that is priceless to pay. Gardens of the impeccable common area. Perfect outdoor space, gazebo with excellent chairs for breakfast or for a glass of wine. It is right at the beginning of the hill. In less than 1 minute you are on Jurere beach on foot. 5 minutes away from the fort beach and very close to Daniela. The chalet has everything you need, washer/dryer, dryer, iron, oven, coffee maker, air fryer, beach utensils... Great for triatlon trials, pq is on the transition side.

The house was as advertised. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived. Impeccable cleanliness and with all the amenities.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

The house is wonderful and matches the photos of the listing. The condominium is a paradise in the midst of nature, a few meters from the sea of Bombinhas. The swimming pool and heated jacuzzi are exceptional. The pool table guarantees fun every day. The kitchen is very well-equipped with crockery and appliances. Our family had a lot of fun the week we stayed at the property of Edite. We were very well served by Edite and Dani, who were extremely attentive and available. Of all our Airbnb accommodations, this one was certainly the best. We'll be back for sure.

Very comfortable and spacious home. Complete with elements to take to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea and with exclusive descent to the beach. A very quiet area. We had a wonderful day with the family.

Great place to enjoy the summer with the family. Close to the sea, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and markets. You arrive, park the car in the garage and leave it there, because you can do everything on foot. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, and there is also a swimming pool, barbecue areas and a large balcony to relax. Thanks Andrea and Beth for your attention.

Great location,.. well close to the beach ,market, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria and bars, there is no need to get around by car, well furnished and clean apartment, the host very attentive, I recommend, note 10.

Francis' place is awesome! We found a really nice apartment even better than the photos, in a really good location, with a huge balcony where you can easily spend the entire day. The neighborhood is really nice, 2 blocks from a big supermarket, a big pharmacy and the main shopping street of Canasvieiras, and less than 2 blocks from the beach! Francis was really nice, he kept communicating and send very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We'll definitely stay here again our next time in Florianopolis! 100% recommended

Me and my husband loved the home! Great location, very close to the beach which facilitates a lot due to the traffic of bombs, we do not need to get the car out of the garage a day, we did everything by foot, the market is very close, good restaurants close, all done without a car. The accommodation is simple and very good, it smelled when we arrived. A point that would improve would be to have a clothesline that would help a lot for the clothes that get wet, and also a dish rack would be welcome. Small points! In addition, I indicate a lot and we will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

We were at Anne's apartment the last week of March, our stay was excellent. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, it is even better than in the photos, the view from the main room, the terrace and some of the rooms is incredible. I went with my family, there were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. We felt right at home with the addition of that view, I insist on that because we were happy to hang out on the balcony looking at the beach and the sea. The apartment is very well equipped, with kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, cups and all the necessary items, the grill too. A pleasure to have been there and Anne's service was excellent, always very attentive and she responded instantly to any questions.
