This was hands down, the absolute most beautiful stay I have ever had. It easily deserves a 10+ out of 10, if it were possible. The pictures do not do justice to just how pristine, private, spacious, beautifully decorated, all inclusive to every possible need, and peaceful this home and property is. The yard is literally a private park, serene, and inviting. The home was equally peaceful, completely modern amenities, beautiful bathroom, full and complete kitchen. The hosts were every bit as amazing as the property itself, and my 4 year old son and I felt extremely safe and welcome. There literally was not a single thing to have been done any better than this place. All of this, and the location is still just minutes away from any other "In town" activities one may desire. Excellent.

There were 12 of us, my family, my sister's family and my niece's family. Our youngest member is 2. This house was perfect for us. The house was thoughtfully put together. Plenty of bathroom, pool and kitchen towels. Three livings areas and several outdoor spaces. We never felt crammed together. There were appropriate toys even for the 2 yr old. Lots for the older kids to do too. A couple of our teenagers skipped a day of going into Santa Fe because they were having do much fun at the house. Kitchen was well appointed and although not a huge amount of counter space, we had no problem cooking meals for the 12 of us. I also loved that the checkout procedures were easy and quick. We would love to go back anytime. I should also add that William was great and answered my messages in less than a minute.

Ah, how much do I love that lovely bnb? Let me count the ways… For one, it’s so cozy and comfortable, filled with thoughtful things that you might need while traveling, that it feels like you are really in a home, not a hotel. There are feminine products, snack bars, tissues- whatever one might need in an emergency. Then it’s filled with comfy dog beds EVERYWHERE! My little dogs felt so excited to find more comfy spots around the place… Then there is Melissa the owner- the nicest person ever! I’ve stayed there more than once, and one time I ordered something on Amazon to arrive there by mistake after I left… she wasn’t there to help me, but she organized her neighbors to come and grab the things and take them back to Amazon for me… and then this last time she left me a little present with a hand written card on the table to say hello when we got there. Really, a marvel of a place, and an owner. We will always go there when in Albuquerque!

I had a great stay at Randy & Chloe's place. Its a well-thought-out small space full of thoughtful touches. I loved the private outside area with the hammock, its a great little spot to rest. Speaking of rest, I sleep great in the bed and the HVAC cranks. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, full of historic architecture. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond. The house itself is beautifully decorated and clean, making us feel at home. The location is in a peaceful, safe neighborhood—nicely tucked away from the hustle of the city but still conveniently close to everything you might need. We highly recommend staying here and have already booked it again for our next visit to Albuquerque! Highly recommend—10/10!

Amazing deal for the cost. Walkable to Old Downtown, Botanical Garden, Aquarium and river walk natural area. Clean, quiet and comfortable accomodations for a party of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed to pre meals easily and dishwasher made clean up easy. Would definitely rent this home again when in the area.

My wife and I found Serge’s place totally outstanding. Everything was so clean, and beautifully decorated. This home has everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Everything you need in the kitchen, bath, laundry center, and even a few good quality books on shelf for reading. We loved the fact that we were able to pull into the garage, shut the door and go into kitchen through dead bolted door. Due to wife’s allergies we were not able to enjoy the back patio, off of the master bed room, or the outside breakfast nook off of the kitchen. Serge was a great host, and quickly responded to any question we had. He has a detail note book with explicit instructions, also restaurant recommendation, and tourist favorites. We were within 5-10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. I joked with him, that maybe we could retire and live in this home permanently. It is definitely work every penny when you decide to stay here.
