The cottage was perfect in every way. We had a great time. The proximity to the slopes is ideal for skiers. The little extra is this pool with mountain views. Possible point of suggestions: a safety barrier near the stairs for children would be a plus. Thank you for everything See you soon ☺️

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. As three retired gentlemen skiers, the accommodation fully met our requirements of each having their own bedrooms with ensuite facilities and was of high quality. The apartment is on the top floor of the property which restricts headroom in certain areas which is not a big problem when you remember. The most common time when we forgot was after accessing the fridge freezer and then standing up. Travelling to different ski areas by car took between 30 and 50 minutes and staying outside of the resorts meant the premium prices of food and drinks was only paid at lunchtime. Peaceful and quiet location. Whilst the nearest bar and restaurant, the Tarin, where we enjoyed some evenings of good food and drink, was just within walkable distance, unfortunately, the road at night is not best suited to pedestrians. We ate in on some nights and found the kitchen area well equipped. The WiFi signal was relatively weak and slow. In summary, we would happily book this accommodation again.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Very nice house, spacious, clean and pleasant with views of the snow-capped peaks. An exterior conducive to rest in the sun. Beautiful area with beautiful walks, beautiful scenery. Communication with Sarah is very easy. Everything was perfect during our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a peaceful location with breathtaking views and just a 20-minute drive to La Plagne Centre ski resort. It was clean, clutter-free, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The only minor downside was that the beds were a bit short and not very comfortable, but that’s our only complaint. Overall, we really liked the house. Sabine was very friendly and welcoming, and she gave us great recommendations. It was a fantastic stay — we only wish we could have stayed longer!

A stay at the top thanks to Dom! Whenever we needed something, he was there. Kind, helpful and attentive, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless, super well-equipped (special mention for the raclette and fondue machine, essential after a good day on the slopes!). In short, a 5-star experience, we'll be back without hesitation. Thank you Dom, you are the king of the track... and hospitality!

Matthew and a particularly responsive host. He responded to all of our requests quickly before during and after we arrived. The accommodation is better than in the photos, it's a very nice surprise when you arrive in the house, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We settled in at 12 and each had their own personal space. A living room and a large dining room allowed us to meet for good family moments. We managed to organize ourselves to practice the only bathroom, spacious and well furnished with a walk-in shower. The organization was made easier since the house also has another toilet. In addition, the host informed us that another bathroom was being set up on the top floor. Access to the slopes is easy, the house is close to the slopes 5 minutes by car ( a free shuttle is also available in front of the school 50 meters from the house). The small plus, the fresh drinking water fountain and directly descending from the mountain is facing the house where we were going to pick up our water.

Independent accommodation, very pleasant, quiet and comfortable, close to Annecy and on the heights of Albertville. Lots of activities in the surroundings. Listing description consistent with the apartment.

Very welcoming host. The instructions are very clear and the communication is really excellent. The location of the cottage is very peaceful and pleasant... the accommodation is tidy and super clean.... in addition the pellet stove is super nice We had a great trip... Recommended

Alain's chalet is just as charming as his personality. We had a great week in the middle of the mountain. It's best to be equipped with a car for sure. The place is really charming and not far from the access to the large stations La Rosière, the arches etc ... Definitely recommended.

Pleasant, spacious accommodation, located close to Les Arcs / Paradiski resorts (15mn drive to Bourg-st-Maurice then direct funicular) and also Tignes / Val d 'Isere (30mn by car) Everything is a little outdated in the cottage but it has a certain charm and we appreciate having space. We enjoyed the flexible check-in with the key box, and Olivier was very nice and very responsive. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend, there were 10 of us so we rented the studio + the house it was perfect. The accommodation is very well appointed, very clean, we really liked the atmosphere. The ski departure is a 7-8min drive. it's hard to find places to stay for 8-10 people and this one is great!
