I rented this airbnb for my parents, my parents told me that it is a very cozy place. It is also very close to downtown. I would book it again.

Don Hector and his apartment were the keys to spend a week on vacation in Punta Arenas. I clearly highlight this host's intention in making guests comfortable and providing all the information they needed through educational guidebooks that were inside the apartment, which makes you think of what is beyond the business these apartments are homes for those who visit. Thank you for your stay, no seniors (almost zero) issues. Good quality WIFI and TV. Utensils available and beds in good order. Bathroom with hot water and house with incredible heating system in minutes. Kind regards Mr. Hector.

Good accommodation for the value, very well located, clean, warm apartment, impeccable beds and a good interesting style or architecture. There were a couple of leaks away with a rain, but it was something that was fixed as soon as possible. For the value, I recommend the place.

Daniela is super nice and helped us with every question immediately and gave us helpful tips. We were allowed to use the kitchen, there are even our own compartments in the cabinets and in the fridge for their guests. The location is close to the cemetery, you can walk to the center in about 20 minutes. Her cats and dog are sweet and cuddly. It has an en-suite bathroom You should just be aware that the sleeping area does not have a door, as it is described in the description, so the cats can always come up, also like to stay overnight

We'll be back! The great attention from Jorge, who solved all my doubts and took care of me perfectly, like that of Berta, who was very attentive and brought us fresh biscuits and biscuits! Very lousy!

Joy and her husband Gonzalo were excellent in their reception, they welcomed us in the best way and in accommodation it was beautiful, comfortable and easy to get out and around the city. Would stay again with them if I come back to the region!

Héctor is a very nice host. Very kind and helpful. The stay is neat and clean. If I ever come back to Punta Arenas, I would definitely like to stay with Héctor again. It's a bit off the center but I love hiking and that's fine to do. You can easily arrange a taxi/uber. Then you'll be in the center in no time.

Julia will make you feel like at home. We arrived very late at night because our bus was delayed and she was so kind to offer us some soup. She is a very welcoming host and took good care of us during our stay. The bathroom and our room were spotless clean. The beds were super comfy. We highly recommend this place.

This place is not just any hostel, it is a HOME. The days I spent here, I will remember them as a great retreat from the world, in the current condition, where I was able to rest easy and work peacefully. Lillian and her husband are wonderful, off the beaten track. It was a real pleasure to meet them and be able to share their family environment. Thank you very much. I'll definitely be back. Wonderful experience and experiences next to Dante. It makes you feel like you're like family. Their friendliness and friendship is great. We are very grateful and happy to share again with Dante and wife. By the way if life allows us we would always want to go back to these wonderful , magical lands and people of beautiful feelings.
