The apartment is very good located and with good facilities, the windows on the balcony were quite dirty

I hesitate to write this review, because then more people will want to stay here, and then it will be harder for me to book in the future. But I must give Maria and this apartment 5 stars across the board. The unit is as described, and the view and location are great. The balacony was beautiful with a great view and you can hear the sound of the ocean all night. There is even a beautiful city view from the front if the unit (just a little bonus, but not very practical because it is sort of in a breezeway). The only conceivable drawback is that from this unit, you cannot see the sunset (if that matters). But the real star is the host. I am concerned less with things going perfectly than with how people handle issues when they arise. I only had one issue; when I arrived, I couldn't connect to the internet. I messaged the host, she responded quickly, but we still could not fix the issue. Do you know that maybe 20 minutes later she had someone at the door to help fix the internet? 5 stars

This was our third visit to Cartagena and Oscar’s place is the best!!! The apt was well designed and included comfortable beds, pillows, and furniture, great kitchen and cooking supplies, an ample supply of soft towels and a lovely club area with workout facility and an infinity pool. The apt overlooks the ocean and it was fun to have both options for swimming or playing in the waves at the beach. The staff in the building were very friendly and helpful. No hassles. Oscar is a fabulous host-super responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent this place again!

The accommodation was just as advertised, the house and kitchen was very well equipped and all the pans and pots in very good condition. It even has ice cream and sunbeds for the beach. Nice decor. The pool in the building is large and located on the top floor and has a great view of the beach. There are also 2 jacuzzis and a Turkish bath available, as is a playground for the kids. Catalina and Alejandro were attentive to solve the inconvenience with the safe and the access key quickly. Seven people comfortably accommodated. The Internet allowed us to do telework. I recommend this apartment.

The apartment was delivered to me very clean and organized, the housekeeper was punctually at check-in and check-out, I appreciate that they gave us different towels for the sand of the sea, the location is perfect since it is located in front of the beach on a main avenue and most taxis and Uber know how to get easy is also close to the airport. It has two heated pools, a children's pool and a large adult pool, there is a sauna there is also a gym and has a very good view. The balcony has a very large door that gives a sophisticated touch to the apartment, all the air conditioners worked properly and you can also use hot or cold water in the shower. The guards of the building know that it is a used apartment for Airbnb and they serve you very well they help you to find food and recommend places to visit. We were very grateful for the service provided.

We loved our stay! The area was safe and close to stores for buying groceries. The check-in was smooth. They allowed an early check-in which was nice so we didn’t have to hang around at the airport when we arrived. Air conditioning was good. Bed was comfortable enough. Kitchen met our needs. Recommend maybe including a lighter easier to use for turning on gas stove. Living room was comfortable. We appreciate the privacy, and how quiet and safe the place was. We appreciate the staff guarding the building and not permitting anyone entrance unless they have the right. The amount of space and quality of the place seems fair with pricing. James helped us with any questions we had and was very professional. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is supremely comfortable, the building has excellent facilities and services that are easily accessible. As a host, Sebastián is excellent, he cares about keeping you informed, provides clear, accurate and timely directions. highly recommended.

Está Vera to the airport, the place was clean and tidy, close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants. Very good choice.

Very very nice apartment with absolutely fantastic views - indescribable on New Year’s Eve with a full view of the entire city and all fireworks form the balcony! The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we could need. Clean and tidy and no smell of damp or anything such. The pool was a huge added bonus. Even in the busy days around. New Years there was always place. Infinity pool was very nice, views fantastic. Everything clean. Plus bar service 👍🏼 The concierge service on entrance ensured security, and a friendly welcome every time we got back. Thank you!

I was traveling with my family and the apartment was luxurious, a breathtaking view of the beach and with a pool within its common areas, ideal for the cocky ones of the house. We loved everything, we will go again. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, which helps you organize and have everything ready for the next day.

First time in Colombia and Cartagena and I’d highly recommend Sebastian’s place! It was exactly as described. He was so responsive. I really appreciated all the info about coming from the airport and having both English and Spanish directions. Don’t hesitate! The view from the balcony was with everything we paid. It was a safe property, which was great. There were plenty of places you could walk to. However, the pool closed at 8 pm and the jacuzzi is very small. The apartment itself was great. The communication was great.

This beautiful and spacious apartment is a gem in Cartagena! We traveled as a multi generational family of 7 (with ages ranging from 4 to 87). The apartment is in an elevator building, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, full of natural light, facing the ocean, has a private entrance to the beach as well as a rooftop pool (which we had to ourselves during the entire 5 day stay) and a gym- everything you need to enjoy a beautiful and luxurious vacation. Ubers had no problem getting to the building and we felt very safe. Luz ,the housekeeper, was a blessing to our family. She refreshes and cleans the apartment daily and her cooking is outstanding- arepas, empanadas, pescado frito with coconut rice, paella, arroz con pollo- take her recommendations because it’s all so delicious!The love that she put into preparing our meals made them extra special and the family time that her care allowed for us as a family is truly priceless! Without a doubt- book this place for your stay- it’s the best!

Great place with a terrific view of the ocean. Balcony has nice seating to rest and enjoy. Check-in with building staff was quick. Bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Bedroom has clean linen and soft bed. Everything was beyond great. Would definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely amazing. It was a very short ride from the airport and super easy to find. Everything you need is in walking distance, especially if you’re American looking for places like Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King and KFC. The beach is directly across the street and has amazing food. The apartment is cozy and very neat. Val has board games in there along with Uno and books. The apt balcony and views from the living room window are simply breathtaking. I didn’t want to leave and will certainly be back. Val was very sweet and very responsive. Please don’t think twice. You need to book this place!

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Marias home in Cartagena. The apartment is in a top location walking distance to everything. It's in a quiet area and the side street was blocked off in the afternoons. The rooms were spacious and the views are lovely. We enjoyed a birthday celebration on the rooftop with friends watching the sun set. Maria was a fabulous communicator and helped us when the electricity went out one night. One point to mention is the hot water was intermittent (it worked fine first day but only warm after the electricity outage). I think this is in the listing, but I missed it when I booked (& it is apparently normal for all of Colombia). We loved our stay and highly recommend it for anyone spending time in Cartagena 🤩
