My friends and I really enjoyed the place, it's very aesthetic and cozy. The village is peaceful as well.

The place was very nice, very clean and peaceful. The place is 5-10 mins away from the Bayan of San Pablo. We had a great stay in this place. The house is clean, with TV, ref, and stove. All kitchen equipments are also available, with free drinking water, with towels and tissues, good for two. (We did not ask for account of netflix that's why we were not able to watch movies, but maybe if you want to watch just ask Ms. Mary for the account)

We had a pleasant stay at Daria's place. We booked this place for our parents' anniversary and for the kids to have a wonderful time before they go to back to school. We were greeted by Winston, the caretaker, and the dogs that are very friendly. The place is very relaxing and serene. The rooms and kitchen are clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the videoke. There are rooms for improvement like adding more amenities as the area is really huge and it is not maximized yet and the owner acknowledged this as they are continuing to improve their place and service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Daria's place and we recommend this is if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The place looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. The pool was warm and clean. Multiple bathrooms to use by the pool area. The bedrooms were spacious and the A/Cs were cold. The pool hanging lights weren’t working but that is a minor issue. Ms. Ellen was very flexible and responsive, and allowed us to check out later than listed. Bernie and Kiko, the caretakers, were also very helpful. Would love to come back here again someday.

The place actually looked exactly how it is in the photos. The whole unit was clean and the linens were fresh. The owners were also very responsive and proactive. My family enjoyed our stay! Definitely worth your money. Can’t wait to book and stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ms. Tara was incredibly easy to talk to and promptly addressed all our concerns. Kuya Oyo, the caretaker, went above and beyond by arranging all what we need and even kind enough to buy us extra buko juice for the next days as refreshments and even set up the pool for our last night. The Airbnb's location is a 25-minute ride from San Juan City Proper and 45 minutes away from the majority of the Beaches in Laiya. This property is totally solar powered, thus use of aircon during the night is prohibited. I highly recommend this peaceful place for a seamless and enjoyable farm life experience!

Great Host and great place to stay.. Literally staycation. what made are stay satisfying was the very pet friendly community. I was not only me and my husband that felt at home but also our 2 furbabies. There are a lot of walking and jogging places which we love for our dogs. Parking is free. Stores & other establishments are available down the Bldg. Theres a church & near markets where you can buy ur food & supplies. most af all you can swim all you want just follow the sched. Pool is very big not crowded during our stay sometimes it's just us on the pool very peaceful and very clean. Guards were friendly.. One thing that we just didn't like but very minimal compared to all the good amenities is that they won't allow cooking which is just fine bec you can pre heat food using microwave or you can buy and have your food deliver. And the internet connection to the TV. You need to reset from time to time. But over all we enjoyed everything & we can't wait to be back soon. 😍
