Matthias’s place is extremely well located; surrounded by nature yet just a short walk to a tram that connects directly to the city center. We requested a stay on very short notice and he facilitated a connection with his neighbor that allowed us to arrive without issue. The flat is comfortable and modern.

The apartment was exactly what I needed to switch off in the evening after work, sleep in peace and be fit again the next day! Fred is a great host who is very easy to reach and spreads a radiant mood. It was a real pleasure to meet him and also to be allowed to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful property and an attentive host! My husband, 5yo son and I spent two days at this property and we enjoyed every minute of it. The property is well equipped and clean and the surroundings are simply too beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the backyard and meeting the bunnies and chickens. It's very quaint and peaceful and there is no better place to spend a few days away from the city. Jörg is a very attentive host and helped us with everything we need. Definitely recommend and we'll surely revisit in the future!

We had a great stay! The accommodation is a beautiful old building with a lot of charm – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is perfect: beautiful hiking trails start almost right outside the door. Restaurants, a swimming pool with sauna and a great cafe right on/on the lake within walking distance. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

We spent a week with our large family in these two beautiful houses. The huge garden and the cozy shady courtyard were perfect for eating, playing and relaxing together. The houses offered ample space for our group of seven and cooking every evening was great fun in the well-equipped kitchens. The surrounding swimming lakes were must-visits in the middle of summer.

The cottage is very nice, modern and designed with attention to detail. Everything is very harmonious and offers a great feel-good atmosphere overall. It was all very clean. Communication went smoothly, easily and quickly, and the Nenner family was always very friendly and accommodating. The nearest supermarket and bakery is ideally in 5 minutes. The residential area is very and you can go for great walks. The city center can be reached quickly by car. There is a lot of information in the house about a variety of activities in the area.

We had a lovely time at the vacation home. The house has everything you need, is stylish and thoughtfully furnished and very clean. The location is also uniquely beautiful. From the first floor - and especially from the second floor - you have a beautiful view of Lake Hain. This can be reached within a minute's walk. Kerrin is also a very pleasant and accommodating hostess. We will be happy to come back.

We had wonderful and relaxing days in the cute holiday bungalow of Sabrina! There were so many toys for the children both inside and outside, so there was never boredom. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy... if you are just looking for peace and relaxation. Whether alone, as a couple or as a family. You can do a lot in the surroundings, only the food is a bit difficult - but you can prepare great food in the kitchen or on the wood stove in the garden:) We will be happy to come back! The dear dad of Sabrina lives in the street and is always there if anything is needed and whether it's just a nice chat :)

For a relaxing weekend, the apartment with Sauna on the terrace was ideal! In the summer it is probably even better, as there is almost directly opposite access to the beach and you could swim there. The apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished. There are even board games. You may want to know beforehand that the floor-to-ceiling windows in one bedroom face the street so that you are not surprised by people passing by. The view is beautiful, especially in the sunshine. For a longer stay, I can very well imagine taking a trip by bike. Bicycles are also offered by Heike at a good rental price. I can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The value for money was very good. The place was even equipped with underfloor heating. The washing machine and dryer corresponded to the state of the Technick. There were plenty of utensils to clean the place. The kitchen was open and very modern such as the extractor hood and oven. In the courtyard there is a grill for use, as well as all terrace chairs. All in all, I loved the stay a lot. The hostess was very open and personable. I will recommend the place to anyone who will be traveling around Erfurt/Nöda. The accommodation is certainly not to be missed.

Erfurt is an amazing city and the apartment was less than a half hour walk to the Altstadt. The area around the apartment itself was less cozy, but that's no problem. The bathroom of the apartment was also very nice!

The house matches the description in the pictures and text.Although it is an old house, it is clean and tidy, and basically has everything you need. There are many ancient collections in the house, very unique, we love it. The bedroom mattress is just nice, especially comfortable. The outdoor balcony sofa area is great too.The environment of the whole house is beautiful and quiet, and it is worth taking a walk when the weather is good. The stairs in the house are a bit steep, you need to be careful when going up and down the stairs.

Kerstin and Andreas are super sweet, friendly and easily accessible. Would have loved to have stayed there. We'll be happy to come back anytime! 😊

We had a very nice and relaxed time in Julia's great place. We were kindly allowed to use the grill and Julia provided us with everything for it. There was parking right on site and communication was always friendly and possible at all times. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and you feel very comfortable right away!! We would come back any time!
