Ratchada is an excellent and caring host. The hotel room is spacious, clean, everything looks brand new. The double bed is comfy and wide. The AC worked well. There is hot water and the shower pressure is fine. The apartment is located within the new town of Sukhothai, 11 km from the sites of the historical park, easily reached by tuktuk.

My friends and I had the pleasure of staying with Witchaya for the night of Loy Krathong. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to help us and make us feel right at home. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and relaxed in the beautiful garden before leaving. We intend to return to stay with her and engage in her arts and crafts workshop. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay in Sukhothai! It was so clean and modern and perfect for our family of four. It’s also close to the town with restaurants and street food and near the historical park for a fun adventure. Kanyarat was an excellent host as well and very responsive to all our questions and needs. We definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

The space was perfectly clean with a fridge in the bedroom and a large bathroom. Jarumas is very responsive, very kind and does not hesitate to give advice on activities which helped us. There were also bottles of water and bananas available every day. In addition, the free bikes helped us visit much of the city and the remote temples. We highly recommend this listing 😊

Large wooden bungalow above a small pond with fish, amazing plants, flowers... we thought we were surrounded by nature. really beautiful. The place is spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room! Air conditioning in bedrooms. There is some dust in the corners. Than is very friendly and helpful, she helped us a lot, advised, booked a tour for us. Lunch is great in the beautiful garden.

Amazing! Although there were some language barriers there were no communication problems with the help of google translate. The breakfast is amazing compared to simple eggs and toast (which they do have) that other hostels with free breakfast offer. Breakfast consists of rice, noodles, porridge, etc. The free bike use is also a huge perk. They have so many you won't have to worry about not being able to use one. Check-out was also flexible, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was just perfect. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

We had come to sukkothai for the Loy Krathong whose festivities were taking place at Sukkothai Historical Park 15 km away from the accommodation . It's best to have a car . The room and bathroom are quite large , simply furnished, the air conditioning works , the wifi is a little capricious , the pool nice and clean! The staff is very helpful , you can wash a laundry basket for 200 thb, breakfast is simple and it is best to come early as food is not kept warm. We come to Sukkothai to do a cure of temples , old stones and walk around the very clean parks by renting bikes . Good places to eat such as Poo restaurant in the new city and sureerat restaurant in the old town not to mention street food where there are plenty of choices .

AMAZING 10/10! Extremely clean; cleaned everyday! Super safe, quick & easy to get in and out. Downstairs is a phenomenal restaurant, really good prices as well. Ratchada and her staff are so nice, pure kindness(: plenty of local recommendations as well! About a 10 min walk to the bus station! If you have trouble speaking Thai, don’t worry Ratchadas English is 10/10 Highly recommend & will stay again if I find myself in Sukhothai in the future!! Thank you Ratchada (:

Chanin and his family were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to take care of us. They kindly allowed us a late check-out and even arranged tuktuks to take us to the best restaurants based on their advices. They were truly amazing! The place itself is beautiful and so peaceful. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool after our daily excursions, and we slept very well in a clean, air-conditioned room with all the necessary amenities. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!
