Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

Japan Town District 1 - The Most Central Location

In the heart of Japanese Old Quarter, tucked away at the back so can easily get a good nights sleep. Quyen was very good at communicating and very quick to respond to any help I needed. Great bed, the only issues was the shower as construction was nearby on a couple of days but apart from that no complaints. For a male solo traveller be prepared for all the karaoke and masseuse parlour girls below, but most of you would love the attention anyway. Many affordable great locations all around HCM city but this is definitely a nice stay. Only a 10 min grab away from HCM Bui Vien street which is also very cheap. Thanks again

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Thi Anh Thu was a wonderful host that made us feel welcomed and made our life so easy. She was friendly and helped us prepare our stay, finding great places to see and lots of great local restaurants to eat. The appartment was impeccable and our stay felt like a dream. Truc was extremely responsive and very helpful as we made the reservation just a few hours before our arrival because our previous host canceled on us. The apartment is very nice, in a good part of the city, just a 10-minute walk from District 1. Truc was available to answer all our questions and provide support.
