Cottage vacation rentals in Three Mile Lake

Cottage was exactly as the photos showed. Home was clean and well stocked for us. Hot tub and fire pit were great, the dock was removed for the season so we were unable to sit out on it, but that was still fine. Great details provided of local options to experience. Overall a nice quiet place to enjoy for a weekend away.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Zebina's place before and returned again based on our first visit. As a host, Zebina is available and responds to any request. The place is nicely situated on the lake and is a comfortable, quiet, and private retreat with amenities. The cottage is always found clean and ready to accept visitors. All in all a great experience and one we look forward to again next year.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage, Praveena was a wonderful and responsive host giving us all the resources for our stay. House was perfectly equipped, and fit all of us comfortably with plenty to do. Everything was just as described if not better, we would definitely love to go back!

Carm and Mary’s cottage was very nice. Comfortable, clean and the view was really nice. Friends and I enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was very nice as well.

We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful areas. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. We had a great time at Patrick’s cottage, the location is great, within walking distance from the beach, it’s exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to unwind. Pam and Bryan are great hosts and went above and beyond to make our weekend special. We arrived to a great bottle of wine at the dinning table along with birthday balloons (as I had just mentioned briefly we were coming down for my wife birthday. They are also very responsive when needed to locate some items on the property. The location is perfect. The deck is great and gives you a great view of the sunset and sunrise. Believe me when I say just that experience alone is worth it- fire up the bbq and have a drink at the same place and you will want to stay here for a long time. The interior is nice and described well. It is an older waterfront home that has been upgraded, including a main bathroom that has heated flooring along with a perfect view of the dock, the water, etc. The furniture in the living room and tv were quite comfy and the kitchen was decent and had all of the supplies and appliances you would need for your stay. 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay. The setting is lovely, with a private beach, kayaks etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook a meal.

Kerry's place was fantastic! One important thing to note is that guests need to provide their own linens, pillows, towels, and toilet paper/paper towels. This information is found in the "About the Space" section, but it’s crucial for guests to know, especially since we arrived at night when it was quite cold and hadn’t brought any supplies. I recommend that this information be included in the welcome message when a guest books the property to avoid similar situations. On the day we arrived, the heater stopped working, but Kerry was quick to assist us and sent an electrician to address the issue. Fortunately, there is a chimney in the cottage, and once we lit it, the space became warm and cozy. As first-time cottage visitors, it truly felt like an adventure. The place is magical, and Kerry is an outstanding host. Thank you for everything!

The view is really impressive! The fact that the fire pit is right next to the lake made the atmosphere even more pleasant! There is a canoe and a kayak there, which guaranteed our fun even on a cold autumn day. In the afternoon we had a barbecue and then enjoyed a hot tub, which guaranteed relaxation at the end of the day! The house is beautiful inside, the rooms are simple but with comfortable mattresses, only the pillow was a little too firm, but nothing that kept us awake at night! In the kitchen we had all the utensils, except that some were stored dirty. The stove works but is a little weak, if you are planning on cooking there, just be patient and everything will be ready! Just one point, but this is the house rule and we already knew it, check-in is very late, only at 4pm and check-out has to be exactly at 11am. Consider getting up early. Overall we had a great stay, we enjoyed nature, watched the stars at night and left there refreshed to face the city routine again! Thanks!!

We absolutely loved the Christmas Era of this lovey place. Highly recommend coming out to play in the snow! The hot tub and fireplace made for a stunning getaway and we deeply enjoyed the game selection. The nearby towns are quaint and friendly. Highly recommend getting away from it al here.

Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious and perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a huge hit for both daytime and evening relaxation. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything needed for a great stay. I would recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Had the best time at Matthew’s cottage. Loved the private hiking trails, the sauna, hanging out in the screened in room at night, view right from the deck, lots of space inside. Matthew is super helpful, & responsive. Such a unique & private setting (we & the kids especially loved the little water crossing from the car to the cottage, made it feel like we couldn’t go anywhere and had to “unwind from the hustle of everyday life”, but in reality such a short distance we could go back to the car whenever needed) . We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting our family Matthew!

Once again we had a great stay! This was our second year staying at Kunals' place and it was just as we expected. Kunal went above and beyond to accomodate us. Unfortunately a wk. before, due to a bad storm, the liner of the pool was damaged so the pool was inoperable. This is one of the main highlights of Kunals' place for us so it was a little disheartening because we were there for 8 days...HOWEVER, once again Kunal came through!! He purchased an 18ft back up pool and had it assembled and ready to go for our arrival so that we could still enjoy a pool!! My sister and I had a great time, enjoyed the peace and quiet and would stay at Kunals place over an all inclusive Carribbean trip anyday! House was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Kunal gave us late checkout which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be doing an extended stay next summer and are so looking forward to it! Thanks Kunal, you are a great host and we thank you for being so accomodating!!

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The location was perfect for our small family looking for an isolated getaway. The property was completely private, allowing us to fully unwind without any disturbances. The drive to the cottage offered breathtaking views, and we loved being so close to nature. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub – it’s an experience not to be missed! We also enjoyed the firepit in the evenings, which made for some wonderful memories. The cottage was well-stocked with all the essentials and was very well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Our host - Liliya was fantastic – always responsive and provided us with great local recommendations that made our stay even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature!

Mala and Terry were excellent hosts — very responsive and helpful when we forgot to bring some important items. The space was clean, with beautiful high ceilings and a nice open layout. The home is in a peaceful forest with idyllic views. We had the best winter getaway we could have asked for.
