Brand new place, we were clearly among the first guests. Excellent location to Besant Nagar’s many shops and restaurants and the beach. Brand new everything- furniture, kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc. Basics like coffee and tea provided. Really communicative host. Quickly added a few conveniences we requested. Could do with a clothes hanging area in otherwise excellent new IKEA closet.

Was very accommodative of the specific cooking utensils and rituals requirements. The arrangements were provided in a nice manner. Great place to stay. Very good host and support person.

It was easy to check-in as Usharani provided us with the contact number of the caretaker. She also provided us with the Wifi details. The location was great for what we needed to access. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Nihal's place was the 6th place we had stayed in our tour of South India. It was undoubtedly the best. It was a beautiful, clean, modern apartment. Nihal was a superb host welcoming and helping us. Nothing was too big a problem for him. His parents were equally kind .We were invited for a family breakfast, which his father cooked. Nihal and his family are very kind and generous hosts. Coming from the UK, it was a lovely experience for us.

I had a fantastic stay at Yazh Vedha Homes in Chennai! Senthikumar and his family are incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They are a lovely family and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The house was spotless and very well stocked, with all the amenities I could ask for. It was such a friendly and comfortable environment, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with ,our children and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our us. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arised during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults - it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We'll definitely be returning in the future. Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was fantastic, and the community was very pleasant. The host provided all the amenities I needed in the kitchen, making the stay even more comfortable. There’s also a grocery store within the community for convenience. However, if you're looking for more affordable options, just exit the main gate, head straight, and turn right – you'll find a daily needs shop right there, along with a temple nearby. I truly enjoyed my time here and want to thank the host for making it such a wonderful experience.

My first experience with Airbnb and recent stay in this place was a fantastic experience! The “clean and spacious rooms” with comfortable two bedrooms and two clean bathrooms truly exceeded my expectations and made our stay exceptionally pleasant. A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.

Wonderful place to stay in chennai! Great interiors, well equipped kitchen, very neat and tidy! Responsive and cordial caretaker, All furnitures and appliances at home were at the best condition. This will be my #1 place, if i should stay over in chennai whenever I am back. Would definitely recommend this place over any-other in chennai!
