Loved the place..! No heart to leave the stay..! The host’s parents were extremely sweet and loving..! We literally felt like home.. the host was always responsive with all the queries I had.. beautiful place on the whole.. the peace you get when you sit on the stone bench has no words to explain..! If there is an option to rate beyond 5 I would deffo give 100.

Joseph is the most thoughtful and gracious host. The rooms are very spacious with all amenities. We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay at his Little Paradise. He was very friendly and available all the time to help and guide us. The home made breakfast was nice and yummy. The location is very close to Kovalam beach and we highly recommend this place to people who is looking for a great and comfortable stay at Kovalam.

The stay was amazing with beautiful cottage and a sea view which is mesmerizing. Comfortable and aesthetically designed rooms. Caretaker Vinod was superb. Very helpful. Food served was also delicious. Overall great stay and a great property.

It's one of my favorite places. I like the room, the service and the staffs in here.

Had an awesome stay at Nithin’s place. The photos are exactly how it looks in real. Loved the spacious room and bathroom, everything was upto the mark. All the rooms are pool facing and the what i liked the most was the spacious and huge balcony it has❤️ Overall an awesome stay i had in this place and yaa please do try their food from restaurant, it is just simply awesome 🤩 food preparation do take time as they make everything freshly once you order but it is totally worth waiting. One thing that i wanted to communicated that while booking from airbnb it does not show option for including breakfast, so if nithin could list in such a way that would be helpful for others!!

The room itself was a beach lover's dream come true – situated right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
