Tips from locals
This bar was built in 1719 and is one of the oldest bars in the country to date!
This is the oldest Tavern in NYC. It's not on most people's list of places to visit in NYC, but if you like history it's a cool place to stop in for an hour. There's a museum and a restaurant/bar. Wall Street is a fun neighborhood to visit on Summer Weekends.
Go! Near Wall Street & Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty Boats! NYC's oldest bar opened in 1762- George Washington bid farewell to his troops here after the revolution. Museum attached. Great live music!
