We had a very nice stay in this functional apartment, well decorated and well-equipped, very clean, good bedding. Private parking in front of the windows. We did not regret our choice, we left it with regret. Good relationships with Richard.

Pierre's apartment is ideally located close to shops with a 360-degree sea view. Everything is functional and new, the bedding is comfortable the parking space is an asset. Communication with the host was perfect. Thanks, we'll be back

This is an excellent and comfortable apartment in a quiet and leafy area of Perpignan. The flat is spacious enough for 2-3 people for a long stay (I went with my husband) and the balcony provides an wonderful outdoor space where to relax after a long day at work. All the amenities are as you see them in the description and the pictures. The public swimming pool across the road is a gem.

We had a great week at Liliane's place. The sea view is exceptional and no road to cross, perfect for pets and children. Liliane is a great host Recommended

This is the second time we have stayed with her and everything was perfect. We loved it and I'm sure we'll be back next year: the cleanliness, the decor, and the house of 10, everything was spotless and everything was perfect. Plus it has a lot of stuff in the house that can serve you, from rags, lots of cups, games, recipe books, plenty of bathroom products, toothpicks, batteries, lighters, yarn kit... all you can imagine. Very very highly recommended. Also Elizabeth is very kind, she does not speak Spanish but is understood, which makes communication much easier.

Well located, extremely clean, and well stocked! (The bathroom is gorgeous.) The sofa-bed is comfortable and the inclusion of coffee and a coffee machine was appreciated!

Good renovated apartment with great location. Just near the beach. A lot of different restaurants around the location. Parking just 2 minutes away. A bit noisy in the mornings, but for sure great place to stay!

we had a great time in Odile's apartment it is very well equipped very well located the residence is very quiet everything is done on foot we were super well received by Odile who had a small gesture of attention leaving us a bottle of water in the fridge as well as a bottle of milk we will go back there it is on I recommend it with my eyes closed

Very clean and functional accommodation. Very nice air conditioning. Very good contact with Ruth and very good hospitality from Virginia. Access to the city center 15-20 min walk but you have to cross the St Jacques district not very safe in the evening (mother/daughter stay for us), plan to pick up the car. We managed to park on the street or the surrounding ones every day.

Camille is very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and small touches such as samples of products are offered for the comfort of the tenants. The essentials are available so that check-in can be done with complete peace of mind. We would recommend it

The house complied with everything described. The appliances were super well and equipped with everything needed. We leave the house ready with the heating on and the lights open, it was a great detail on your part. We also really liked that there is good quality wifi and it offers a Netflix account. We'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed the super beautiful and luxurious purple loft for 2 weeks. The bath was great and the bed was super nice. The contact with Isabelle went very pleasantly. She was always quick to reach and helped bii questions. We would love to come back again 😊 This was a great holiday for us! Thanks!
