Chalet vacation rentals in Thetford Mines

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a beautiful week at Domaine Gagnon. The site is beautifully laid out and maintained and the chalet had everything we needed. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and listening to the bird song. There is plenty to do in the area (beaches, hiking, etc). We hope to be back!

Really a beautiful, very intimate place. Great outdoor space. This place is very well located on a vast lot that allows for a sense of privacy. So large and with well-maintained grounds for children if needed. Instructions for use are displayed in the cottage , toilet and gazebo. The heat of the wood stove is very well diffused in the cottage. it's really better to arrive before sunset to better find it. Place to revisit!!

This cottage was incredible! The view of the lake was stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax—especially while enjoying the spa overlooking the winter view of the lake. The cottage was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The holiday decor, including the Christmas tree and lights, was a thoughtful touch that made the space feel extra welcoming. The owner was very accommodating and arranged for an early check-in, which made our trip even easier. We can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the possible lake activities and experience it all over again!

We didn't miss anything at the cottage! The spaces were large, functional, and clean. The instructions were clear and Martin was quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at the cozy cottage of Jean Michel and Chantal! It was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas, making us feel right at home. The kids had an absolute blast skiing in Sutton and Bromont, and loved coming back to the cottage to relax. Perfect winter getaway! Highly recommend.

Quiet little cottage in the Mégantic region. Rustic and warm experience at the beginning of winter. Ideal for a pied-à-terre for hikers. Very nice communication with Camille.

Lovely and tranquil place. Very clean. Large kitchen with lots of amenities. A piano for musicians. A beautiful home. We had a lovely Christmas with the family. I'd definitely go back. Responsive and friendly host.

Perfect house for our friend group’s end of summer celebration! We’re a little group of young adults and the place was ideal! Lots of bedrooms, toilets and showers! Another great point was that the place is very well soundproofed so we weren’t scared of disturbing the neighbours. The communal space is gigantic. We weren’t looking for perfection so the few damaged furniture pieces didn’t bother us. When I texted the hosts about a broken shower curtain they were quick to answer and answered in a very friendly way. All that to say, we definitely recommend this place and will think about going back :)

This is a great place for a group stay. Everyone was happy with the place. Since the bedroom and common room section are separate, everyone could have their own space and not feel overwhelmed by the group's activity. I'll do it a lot again.

The cottage was great for a family weekend. We enjoyed the lake as well as the mountain. Everything was clean and as described. We recommend it without hesitation.

We had a great stay in the cottage during the holidays. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook which is very convenient as well as access to two fridge when you are a group. The cottage was spotless, everything was simple and well indicated. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

A superb relaxing and pleasant stay. We were able to enjoy a starry sky, a spa in extreme cold conditions, and a fire pit to warm up. We would like to return in summer to enjoy the beach and lake! The hosts are kind and welcoming. The cleanliness of the cottage was impeccable! Great value for the money. I would recommend to anyone!

we stayed from December 26th to 30th. we had a beautiful view of the aylmer lake, the ground floor is open so a lot of space, the bedrooms upstairs. there is space for an outside fire with a nice amount of chairs for everyone. since the lake was frozen, we were able to take a walk directly on the lake. I would this chalet 😁
