When you're on a city break, you don't usually spend time in the room. If so, it is well equipped with two small balconies and several seating options despite the rather dainty appearance to regain strength! You quickly have everything at your disposal! When you step onto the balcony in the morning, you are greeted by the morning sunshine and the delicious scent of the bakery!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This place deserves nothing less than a 5.0 star rating. If it is available for your dates book it now! The hosts respond to messages in minutes and are super helpful to every request. The view is stunning with the waters edge literally about 50m from the balcony. The apartment is very very well equipped, tastefully decorated. We were there in winter and the heating was very comfortable. It is up two steep flights of stairs but the hosts helped carry bags up and offered to carry down.

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

A great mini house on the 9th floor overlooking the sea! Large sliding windows facing the terrace, so you could feel the sea from the bed! Plus a perfect location in the middle of the Ladadikas pub district. Bakeries and delicious restaurants nearby. The extremely fast responding landlord gave us great tops, especially for the Easter celebrations in the city. Guarded parking across the street, but quickly full in the evening. A few hundred meters further parking garage for 15 euros/day. Overall the ideal city trip apartment!

I had an AMAZING stay here. The place is very nice with an amazing seaview. I very much appreciate the attention to details in the flate. The location of the flate is consideried the fancy part of Thessiloniki with a lot of nice resturants. Finally, our host Anastasia is a lovely person. Her instructions were clear and even gave us some recommendations about where to go and what to do. Would definitely come back if i have another chance.

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Sofia who is an amazing woman and who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, always helpful, and responded to every message almost instantly. Her warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. She even bought flowers and placed them on the bed so I could surprise my girlfriend and I didn’t even tell her to do that, which is a kind of gesture that i’ll always be thankful for. A truly exceptional host, I highly recommend the place.

Had an amazing time in Maria's beautiful space. The apart is modern and well decorated. The kitchen is functional and of course the highlight is the view. Also you can leave the house and be immediately on the beach. We spent some hours playing in the sand with the kids. Bus stops are also close so that you can get to Thessaloniki city center very cheaply (although a bit slowly haha). When we were there, it was quite windy so we only briefly used the balcony, but in summer it will be wonderful to enjoy the sunset or have breakfast on the balcony. Maria was helpful and accommodating and even left local products as welcome gifts, very sweet :) can absolutely recommend this apartment.

George's apartment was exactly as described. The location directly on the beach is perfect, the view from the terrace fantastic. George was responsive at all times and responded promptly. The flexible check-in with the lockbox worked well, which was very important because we arrived in the middle of the night. Our two children had their own bedroom with a bunk bed. The dining table is installed in the kitchen and needs to be pulled out. It worked well. The decor may not be the newest one, but it's all in good shape. We can recommend the apartment and also George as a landlord to everyone. Glad to come back!

Family stay (2 adults and 2 children). Everything was really great. Warm, clean and relatively quiet apartment in the center of Thessaloniki. Really spacious and ideal for small children. The host was helpful and always responsive. I definitely recommend it for families.

Konstantinos is very personable and gave useful advice, the apartment is in a superb location fully equipped and big ,located on the 6th floor overlooking the sea and on a good day you can see Mount Olympus. We had a great time

The apartment was really good and we had a great stay. The building needs some maintenance and it would be really nice to change the windows (new double glazed windows) as it can get a bit noisy due to the position of the property. Other than that the property was clean, spacious and looked exactly as the photos. Overall a very nice stay.
