Nice spacious house. All nice beaches and restaurants are around 30-60 minutes drive, so the location is quite good. Enough space for 5 people, well-equipped kitchen, car parking. The host was very kind and responsive.

Patrick's place was amazing. The views were incredible, the property was very clean, and he helped provide us transportation to and from the airport. Patrik was responsive and had cleaning staff come every other day of our stay to do laundry, clean the bathrooms, and tidy up. I would recommend this place for your stay in Phuket.

the place is absolutely beautiful, even better than on the pictures. the only small downside was the communication about when cleaning crew/maintenance comes, it was contradicting and confusing. and when they came they didn't announce or ring before they walked into the garden/private areas. but regardless, the place was amazing, spacious, clean, well maintained, everyone was very friendly and we had an amazing stay.

The villa was magnificent. We had a great holiday and did not want to leave the villa at all. A small paradise in your home. Beautiful large pool, lots of greenery. The staff was polite and attentive. They promptly responded to all messages and requests. Thank you very much for a wonderful time, we hope to come back to you again.

Very amazing stay enjoyed every second of it

We spent a week here on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place turned out better than the pictures and it was such a wonderful time. Clean, well kept, and homey could describe our stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a calm place with lots of fun amenities in a good location not too far from anything you could need. Host was also very responsive and confidence inspiring. Our favorite things were the amazing pool, outdoor showers, cozy bedrooms, and the calmness and safety of the neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone!

My group absolutely loved the place. The host, Mimi was AMAZING! Jojo was fantastic along with the housekeepers. Jojo prepared breakfast every morning, which was delicious. I would definitely come back. The only downside was the issue with the water coming from the showers, very pungent smell that filtered throughout my room and others.

We had an amazing time at Brian’s villa and only wished we would have stayed two weeks instead of one. The villa is impeccably kept and clean. Muoy and the rest of the ladies along with the grounds keeper were amazing. They were on top of everything but never intrusive. The ladies prepared not only delicious breakfast daily but cooked a few of our dinners including Thanksgiving’s which was one of the best Thai dinners we’ve ever had. Their food was 10 times better than that of local restaurants and very affordable. Noi the house manager was very attentive and Brian was very responsive of our inquiries and made excellent recommendations for day activities. We had some issues with personal laundry but Brian took care of it immediately. I could not recommend Brian’s place enough and would stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in Phuket. The memories we made here are priceless and will be cherished by us forever.

First thing we want to say is WOW!! The house, decor and pool more than exceeded any expectations we could have had. It was absolutely beautiful!! It didn’t end there though, the staff made the trip a once in a lifetime experience! Every morning they cooked an amazing breakfast for us at the prearranged time from the night before. We arranged for them to cook us 3 dinners and, again, it was fantastic! They were all so sweet and engaging without being intrusive. They also arranged massages for us at the house which were amazing! Should I say it again…Once in a lifetime! Thank you to all of the staff you made our stay so special that we didn’t want to leave. We felt like royalty!!!❤️

We can definitely recommend this place!! The villa is very classy & spacious, very well maintained for Thai standards and the hosts absolutely committed in the way!! Communication was given immediately from booking and perfect until arrival there!! A taxi was organized for us from the airport and as a result we arrived early in the morning were offered to spend the day until we moved into the Vila in a spa - that was absolutely great!! Free entrance for us and great massages - a place to relax after the strenuous arrival!! Also positive to mention- During our 2 week stay, the villa was cleaned 3 times and towels & bed linen changed!! The only noteworthy drawback The extra electricity units to pay are not quite cheap!! So use climate & co economically!!😅😉

Perfect place to stay , a little bit out the way but everything else makes up for that . Would definitely recommend
