Everything new, everything is impeccable, it is otherwise comfortable, we came with family we are 5 and we were super comfortable, it is a very large apartment, it has 3 floors where everything is new, the pool is always available, you are 4 blocks from Playa do but BEAUTIFUL PLACE. The hosts Álvaro and Leila complied with everything as promised and were constantly available.... We'll definitely be back...

Everything was as advertised! Camila always responds quickly, is helpful and concerned with always improving the service. The two air-conditioning equipment works perfectly, but often only the fans served well. Next to the beach. The house serves the 4 people well! I recommend it.

House is just as it appears in the photos, and it offers a very good structure for large families. It occupies a fairly large plot of land in a gated condominium on the side of the road that connects Búzios to Cabo Frio, with easy access to the beautiful beach of Caravelas (a few minutes' drive). Everything works well: the pool is cleaned daily by a homemade, the barbecue has a generous space, the rooms are large and well assembled. And Carlos, our host, was always very willing to communicate before, during, and after the trip.

The house is as shown in the photos, very well equipped, it is part of a complex of similar houses. The view is really beautiful. Something to keep in mind: a car is necessary to get to the place, as it is far away, and the parking lot is sometimes full and must be left on the street, although the neighborhood is safe. Very good communication with the host.

We stayed in January 2025 for a week and the stay was excellent. Dafne was very friendly, attentive and always available for our concerns. We shared very useful tips about Búzios and the area of the accommodation. The apartment's location is unbeatable, very close to the center, the main avenue and the means of transport. It's inside a condominium with a pool, sauna, pool and other similar games. We found it very well equipped, with a very full kitchen with everything you need and several appliances. It has a spacious and beautiful patio with grill. 100% recommended for a good stay in Búzios!

The apartment is the same is in the photos. All brand new. Clean and quiet environment. Easy to find location and very well located. When I return to Cabo Frio, I will definitely book again. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is close to Prainha, the craft and restaurants fair. I walked to the Marina dos Anjos to take a boat ride and visit other beaches, but I found it far away. The trail that goes to the oven beach is close to the Marina dos Anjos. To go to Praia Grande, Praia do Pontal, or Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia, only by car. There is a trail that connects Praia do Pontal to the beach and looks short, but I did not risk it because I was with a child and had a very high climb.
