If you like an awesome big balcony with a spectacular sunrise, look no further. And it’s low enough to enjoy looking at the beach and sea. We were pretty demanding at the start and they bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Impressive!

Fantasic apartment with great sea view , swimgpool and private beach was amazing , living room and all bed rooms have balcony which gives you the direct view of sea , kitchen fully equiped more over the host irina was very cooperative from the time we checked in,i highly recommend this property who wants stay in palm jumeirah, i would surely like to visit again ,All thanks to irina for hosting us.

This is one of the best air bnb I experienced during my business trip. Location: Perfect, I stayed right next to Dubai mall, And less than 30 seconds to get to the main street. Service: Excellent, The team took great care of us, they responded quickly whenever we needed. The house: This house is 100% new, the decoration and everything is really stylish. I went with 6 people, Everyone felt comfortable. I will come back and book the apartment again for my next Business Trip next month.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax in Dubai. The location is excellent: many attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily accessible. The connection to public transport was also a huge plus. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Every question we had was answered immediately, and we felt welcome from the very beginning.
