Quality would be a perfect one word description of this accommodation and the hosts. Everything in the house is great quality and there is everything you need. David met us and showed us everything we needed and made us feel very relaxed about bringing our dog with. All the facilities are first class and you just feel at home as soon as you arrive. Will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Whitianga as not only is it amazing it’s a great place to base yourself to explore the rest of the Coramandel peninsula.

Had a family reunion all families were a minutes walk from each other. beach location with park and bbq was ideal for all kids and family. We enjoyed our stay - the house was right on the beach and was lovely and quiet. Very roomy with a lounge area, kitchen/dining room and bedroom. Had a lovely walk along the beach to the Cook memorial. Shakespeare Cliff is definitely worth a visit - stunning views. You drive up the road and it's a short walk to the viewing platform.

27 Banks Road Cooks Beach is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage right on the most amazing beach. The house is clad throughout in beautiful polished pine wood. New bed linen and towels which were of high quality were really appreciated and made for a very comfortable 2 nights. We had a couple of issues when we arrived, but Sarah responded instantly and resolved everything perfectly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the Coromandel Peninsula, which is a must if you are touring the North Island, we can definitely recommend this property
