Nice place, well located, the photos made it look bigger than it was and it needs another A/C unit in the living/kitchen area, but overall very comfortable and well located, we had a enjoyable stay.

Tee is an amazing host. He is very welcoming and accommodating. There’s a restaurant just across the street owned by him and his partner too where you can have good food and a few drinks, also this place is located just a few minutes walk to Kamala beach. Prime location!!

I was very satisfied with my apartment, which was spacious and had all I needed. I am also happy I met Judy (Dussadee), who is a friendly and kind host and I enjoyed talking with her most days. I was staying alone and felt safe. The apartments are set back about 100 meters from the main road, however it is peaceful and I could hear birds, geckos and crickets and felt like I was in the tropical countryside. The location is good for people who have transport. I had a bicycle and it was ok (I was volunteering at Soi Dog and it took me 30 minutes to cycle there), but next time I would rent a vehicle. My apartment had 2 fans and Judy tells me there are rooms with air-conditioning but I couldn't see them listed, so ask Judy if you would like this.

It was amazing, close to everything and situated in a very great and calm area in kamala village, would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back to it

Our family stay at Ali's local house was truly delightful: tucked in a private, nature-surrounded area, the property promises tranquility yet remains conveniently close to local attractions. A 5-10 minute bike or scooter ride gets you to Tesco Lotus, the vibrant night market, or the beach. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to local life. Naiyarat is an extremely warm-hearted housekeeper. The communication before check-in was smooth, and she specially prepared an extra inflatable mattress. The house is located in a villa area. There is just enough space in the yard to park a car. If you rent a car yourself, it's very convenient to get in and out. There are many households with dogs on the streets where the house is located, and sometimes you can see little squirrels climbing up and down the big tree in front of the door. The room is fully equipped, especially with a large number of places to hang clothes, which is very practical for several families staying here. If there is something that could be improved, it's that the bathroom door is likely to get locked, and you need to trouble Naiyarat to come and open it. It would be even more perfect if there were three bathrooms. The house is in high demand. We originally wanted to book it for a few more days, but we couldn't reserve the following dates.

The landlord is very friendly and always replies to questions quickly. The house is comfortable and beautiful. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. I would like to come again if I have the chance.

My wife and I spent 6 days at Ooh's place. it was a lovely experience. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Highly recommended.

Hosted by a wonderful lady and her family, this one is a real gem with a perfect location very close to the beach. You can actually walk to a very private beach along with the main beach. Other nice plusses: a nice patio, bug screens on the windows and sliding door (one of the few places in Thailand with this nice feature), an effective and quiet upgraded air conditioner. It's also very conveniently close to the airport, just 15 minutes drive, so you don't need to drive around for 90 minutes in Phuket to get here. Also has two tables/desks which help a lot for those who are working. The building is relatively new and I imagine during peak season it's probably quite busy, but during rainy season, it was very peaceful and quiet, including the beach.

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.

We had a wonderful stay in Phuket! The property was excellent, with great amenities that made our time there comfortable and convenient. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the environment felt very safe. A special thanks to Gib, our host’s assistant, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Phuket and would gladly stay here again in the future!
