Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

We had a wonderful experience during our one-night stay at this homestay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the host, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved Vishnus place. Was quiet and peaceful and the location next to temple is amazing. Loved the sound of the chanting everyday. I had space to do my yoga on the roof at sunrise. The area is very sweet and free from tourists. I cycled everywhere - its all flat. Great little beaches, bought fish from the fish market on one beach. The kitchen has all you need. Theres a municipal swimming pool in the village. Local buses are brilliant to get around - bus stop at the mango tree opp temple. Went to cinemas in Cherthala, Kottayam and Kochin. Local train was great for Kochi. Cycled to different restaurants daily - Apsara was a favourite, had THE best parothas. Vishnu is such a lovely man. He was always there to ask anything, replied straight away to questions asked via whats app and we also treated ourselves to a pranic healing from him. AMAZING. I'd love to go back and am sure tge area will never change. Enjoy xxx

An amazing traditional keralan cottage that exceeded our expectations. In a great location out of the wa of the tourist area so we felt like we were right amongst the locals but also next to the backwaters, so beautiful. Great staff and facilities would highly recommend

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Outstanding place with a calm and serene atmosphere. Rohit is lovely to talk to and ready to help even after you've checked out. Overall great place to stay, if you love a little solitude, this is a perfect place.

Lovely hosts in a quiet neighborhood. Can be a bit far from cities, but the hosts helped us organize cars when we needed them!

With the great connection to Sebastian and his wife Cecilia, as other guests, the week in Dianas Cottages feels like family. So much fun and a great experience. We went to a wedding, Cecilia is a great cook, and we had a lot of laughs, stories, and knowledge to share. it was a great time and the cottage itself is close to the beach, perfect for recovery and silence. surrounded by the locals it's still a real flavour of India and Kerala to catch. The size of the cottage and the terrace are great. Sebastian is helpful in any case and situation. A place to come back soon.
