James was super nice, the place was very lovingly decorated.

The cutest stay! Felt so zen and peaceful in the mushroom community, a little get away while in Chiang Mai. The check in was soooo quick and they let us check in early too. Everyone was extremely nice, we would stay here again!

It was as described, place is good for people who want budget variant, to escape city

Waan & Phil have a fabulous property here. Clean, peaceful and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and public transport. Waan & Phil are very responsive and are very experienced hosts. Their instructions are precise and they have thought of so many little touches that make staying here so homely.

2nd time stay in this house. We are loving it! highly recommend as check in/out was very easy!

I came here solo - it was like staying in a magical treehouse in the heart of Old Town. I LOVED this home and enjoyed easy walks to town, afternoons hanging out on the balcony, and overall had a lovely experience in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here, simple but it has everything you need. However, it gets quite cold during the nights! The hosts were wonderful, a little slow regarding the response time but nothing terrible! Would recommend this place 10/10 times.

Ratana is a very warm and caring person. She always sends a message to ask if I need help. It feels like visiting my own relatives.The B&B has a very large garden with many fruit trees and flowers, and you can see many birds stopping in the garden.It's good to experience this kind of natural environment in Chiang Mai.If you're driving, you don't have to worry about parking.Unfortunately, my English is too bad to have a good chat. I really like her well-kept garden and two cute dogs.

One of the best accommodations we’ve had! We felt like we just arrived at our own holiday beach house! Also Michael was extremely helpful with local recommendations regarding trips, things to do and much more!

Thanks for Mintra and her family's reply and help. It's a tiny cozy house with a nice yard and just next to her family's restaurant. It's also cafe and 7-11 next to the gas station, very convenient. It takes around 15 mins to wonderfruit by motorcycle. I would really love to come back next year

We booked for a glorious month. An orchard behind and a grassy area and rice fields in front with 4 houses on the dead end street. Very quiet and so safe. The soundscape of birdsong was heavenly. The kitchen was well designed to properly cook, with the essential equipment, plus a big fridge. Having a moat there’s moving water reflecting off the ceiling in every room. The few things we asked for, Maree quickly saw to, and except for linen changing, let us be. Maree runs an outdoor coffee shop in front of the house 4 days a week which was not busy. No nightclubs are audible and only distant traffic. We loved the huge bed. We bought an extra mosquito net for my paint studio over the picnic table and had ours over the bed, but soon took both down. Moths came near sunset but we had very little bugs otherwise. There is an old rooster next door with a low raspy voice so audible but as low impact as possible. Nearby a couple shops, a water kiosk, otherwise temples, rice fields & teak houses

Pawina has a beautiful eco friendly property . It was a delight to stay with her and her lovely staff. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I had a wonderful stay at Venekar's place. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt like it was a short holiday. My two Thai dogs loved it too and we hope to get away from for a short break away from Bangkok again very soon. The balcony overlooks the rice fields and is absolutely stunning. The are was very peaceful. Venekar also cooked my two dogs breakfast, which they both loved and baked eggs for my breakfast, which was delicious. This is a gem!

This is a must stay on your visit to Thaliand. If you want to see real Thaliand, culture and people then you have to stay with Nan and her family. They are so welcoming from the beginning to end. They go all out to make your stay comforting to the body and soul. Nan offers so many little extras such as the art sessions that enhance your trip. We laughed, ate and created together!!! The farm is the most beautiful place I have stayed in. If you want peace and nature, this is the place. The room is simple, clean and perfect. The food is great. There are so many spaces to sit and just 'be'. Nan also took me around to some of the 'must sees' in the area. I will definitely be back to stay with Nan and her parents again. It now feels like my home from home💙

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

We had such a stunning stay at Loylum Eco Villa. It's spotless, exactly as described and within such a gorgeous and tranquil location. The fresh food prepared daily was excellent and the cook was really helpful and attentive. Communication with the host left a lot to be desired, I found it especially concerning due to how secluded the villa is. It was annoying but that didn't take away from the accuracy of the listing and wonderful experience overall.

Had a lovely time at this wonderful Airbnb. Would recommend to any passing through, it was peaceful and the nature sounds were so calming. There were no mosquitoes which was a plus. Felt right at home straight away and had a great sleep.

Really cozy and beautiful stay. Had a easy check in an and flawless check out. Host was really friendly and did communicate proactively. The home was as described. It was beautiful to wake up to a stunning view in the morning.

Prisana’s place was perfect, we accidentally showed up the day before with time zone changes and she was very kind and accommodating to it. The room stays cool with AC and there’s tons of local markets within walking distance

Very quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach and shops. Nice bungalow and beautiful pool in beautiful vegetation. Everything was perfect. Thank you Eric++++

Marisoul and Lucas are truly excellent hosts! Our stay was absolutely perfect everything was well taken care of, and they made us feel very welcome. The location is in a quiet area, just far enough from the main street to enjoy peace while still being conveniently close. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we will probably come back!
