This hidden gem is just 10minutes outside of Clarens. It is very private with views of the town and mountains. The place is set up so dogs can roam free but fenced off so they are safe. The place was clean and modern. WiFi worked well with no speed or connectivity issues. Bedding, bathrooms, kitchen and furniture was clean. The host communicated well and was really friendly. She also provided recommendations which we found useful. We would gladly stay there again.

The flat is clean and the space is well used. it's small but comfy. the mattress felt new, nice and firm. the location is near the main road and close to town centre, easy to walk. we didn't notice any street noise. we felt very safe.

Great, clean place for a stay in Bethlehem. Recommended for highway drivers needing a restful home en route to various points in South Africa.

My family and I slept over on our way too Kruger National Park from East London.Our stay was brief but we felt right at home. The accommodation is perfect for our family. We have 2 boys. 12 and 3. close to a mall where we had dinner and could have some beers after a long day on the road. We wil definitely be back.

Anels place has everything you need and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well kitted and she has thought of everything a guest would need to make it a comfortable stay. She was able to provide us with lovely recommendations of the town spaces to go to and was reachable when needed. We had no issues with finding our way around the house nor the town. A gem right at the centre of Clarence's reserve within walking distance of the city centre. Golden Gate Park is just 20 min away. We loved the tranquil and safe environment with emerging you need for a short stay away from the busy city.

I have stayed in many AirBnBs and Swartland House is one of the kind, it really is a home away from home. Stunningly decorated (the beauty of the house inside and outside is indescribable really, that's how beautiful it is) So much lighting, so much warmth. oh my! it was so clean! each and every room clean and fresh top class bed linens. Fully equipped. That master bedroom is everything. What a beauty! My advise is, book your stay for longer.... 2nights is NOT ENOUGH! we didn't want to leave. Pam is amazing, so responsive, ready to assist. Definitely coming back. Thank you Pam and Benjamin and to the gentleman that helped us with check-in and the lady who cleaned the house for us.

What a great private unit with stunning views. The interior is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, towels and appliances. Highly recommend for a single or couple looking to get away.
