This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our 2 families of 11 people. Comfy beds and the abundance of smart TV’s were helpful to entertain all ages. We had a great time playing wiffle ball baseball in the spacious backyard but beware of the mosquitoes in the late afternoon (I guess that’s expected near at a lakefront property). Tim was always very responsive and flexible to allow early check in when the house was available. Great host.

We had a great stay in this house. The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool is kid friendly and our family really enjoyed it. Also the entire patio area and yard was the perfect place to spend an evening. It’s in a great location-close to everything in Greenville, but off the beaten path just enough to feel very peaceful. Mike is very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful ladies weekend at this home. Literally only 1 complaint and that is the mattress covers. They are made of plastic and you can feel and hear every single move made. They are awful to sleep on and really need to be replaced with higher quality. It made sleeping on the beds quite uncomfortable. Other than that, the space was clean, inviting and comfortable for 8 people!

Amazing place, beautiful pool, perfect location. Everyone in my group was amazed at the house and all of the art. The back yard was perfect for our Sunday barbecue and pool day. Hosts were very helpful and extremely responsive when we needed help. Between the house and the hosts they made me look like a great host for a weekend my friends and I will be talking about for a long time!!!

We filled this house with the max amount of people allowed so to say you can fit 10 you can definitely fit in or more considering there are two living rooms. Me and my family had a great time. The bathroom situation was a little crazy with 10 people, but we worked it out. Not sure how many had to take a cold shower but it got done. The location was perfect literally 8 to 10 minutes away from the places that we planned on going Wish we could have parked in the driveway though and not on the street. The house is huge when I say huge I mean huge it was decorated on the low side, but still nice looking the master bedroom of course is to die for.. we don’t know how the temperature in the house was set, but at times we were freezing and at times it felt good but with such a big space, I am surprised that he kept a good temperature so that was a good thing. We did not get to use the pool, but I believe a few enjoyed the hot tub so that was nice but the pool would have been pretty spectacular

What a wonderful way to experience the Dallas area. First and foremost the entrance was easy and hassle free. The home was beautiful and spacious but still close knit enough to feel like a home away from home. The host was great at communicating, and the pool added another level of luxury to our relaxing stay. Overall it was an amazing peaceful experience staying in this house, great family spaces, and a beautiful kitchen. Everything you could need was also inside the home. Overall a 10/10 experience, especially traveling in groups.

Had a great time in Plano and Dilip’s home was part of the reason. The home was big enough to sleep 9 adults and 2 small children. It’s open and spacious, never once did we feel like we were stepping on each other. I had questions and suggestions throughout the stay and Dilip was very responsive and also was receptive to the suggestions. We would definitely reach back out to Dilip if we plan to travel through Plano again.

Beautiful home in a such a peaceful neighborhood, my kids even enjoyed the eggstravanaza community event. The home is spacious, clean, entertaining for kids, the pool was at right temperatures at all times since is a heated controlled environment. The backyard is great size and private, the home even has an indoor garage. We loved this home and recommended 100%.

Spacious and clean. One thing that maybe small to others but it really was a deal seal for me, there was a closet with extra towels and my family and I were really relieved

Very comfortable place to stay, perfect for what we were looking for as a family of 6. Movie room is such a nice touch! Cute home in a cute neighborhood. The owner was very communicative, responded very quickly and let us know when someone was working on the fence so we wouldn’t be alarmed. If I were to knit pick- it did seem as though someone may be currently living there. The fridge had some used food and condiments, kitchen cabinets were a little dirty and one of the showers had used hair products in it. Other than that, very clean space! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Vlad’s home is a terrific place to stay. He is so kind and responsive. I could not have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean, well maintained and in an excellent location! Close to everything. I stayed here for just over three months while waiting for my new home to be built. It felt like home. If you’re ever in town, definitely stay at one of Vlad‘s homes. This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here.
