Very central and comfortable accommodation. Parking in front, spacious and with available spaces. Clean. Little noise. Equipped kitchen. Recommended.

The best thing is that Adolfo always replies us immediately and tried to respond to our requests. I have to say that the room had some small issues at first, like wifi and electricity. but Adolfo perfectly solved them everything in first week and definitely he is one of the best host I’ve ever seen :)

This flat is 100% worth it, it was modern, very clean, good beds, good quality towels! The place was spotless, kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances were good quality. You had spare towels, linen, sheets. It’s not a large apartment but it’s spacious, closets are really good, location is very good as well. Highly recommended

Raquel's apartment very clean and organized, it was exactly as in the listing. Great location for whom need to stay close to the airport. Communication with Raquel left a little to be desired but it did not get in the way of the stay .

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.

Extremely accommodating and helpful especially we had to check in earlier because of a tour that we pre-booked. Plenty of amenities and supplies for 4 days for 3 people. Beli was very responsive when we have questions running the show washer. We hope to stay at this place when we come back to Madrid.

The place was nice and clean and exactly as described. It also feels very safe. Ramon provided great instructions in advance to make checking in and getting settled as easy as possible. The apartment is in a good location that makes it pretty easy to get anywhere in the city, and there's a lot of great Chinese restaurants nearby since Usera is basically Madrid's Chinatown. Overall great value for money and a great place to stay. One recommendation I would make is to see if you can get a room facing the courtyard rather than the street, as the neighbourhood is quite noisy most nights of the week because there are a few bars on that street.

Easy access place, metro, supermarkets nearby, bakeries in the end what was necessary was inside the place, we were a week and we felt it very good , for the kitchen just what was needed. It was worth it to spend in Ramón's apartment.

Nice place in a quiet convenient neighborhood with lots to do. Easy living. Ramon is a helpful and responsible host, and the flat and the building are very clean and well maintained.

Everything was very good, it coincided with the description, location and photos posted, Randis communicated at all times, very good option to rest, I consider that if you are a little removed from the center, but the metro or bus transport is very close, in short I would definitely stay with Randis again

The place didn’t worth the money as all places in European capitals, right know. So my compline is not a Kiara’s place but use this as a msg for all have his: Just thinking that are so many peoples with a minimum salary that only pays one room/studio. If we forgot that big humanity issue, o would say a little bit expensive for the size, but that the prince in that area,

shower,toilet in the middle of the room, great! A small room, but it has everything we need for tourists,I recommend!
