What a great stay! The house is beautiful, the location is just perfect, and the grounds are amazing. Cyn is a wonderful host and we hope we can return to her wonderful home next summer. I can’t recommend this home enough.

We spent a week at Joe‘s house and couldn’t be happier. The house, property, and surrounding area was amazing. Everything was super clean, and you won’t find a spot like this anywhere else. The master bathroom is incredible. Already trying to figure out how I can replicate that shower in my own house lol. would recommend this place 100%

The “Villa” was beautiful. Impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, comfortable and sophisticated. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

The "Boatel" house boat was very nautical, breat balcony views, lots of Avian and Aquatic wildlife on the river made for a peaceful experience.

Excellent stay for the Thanksgiving holiday! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone for both winter and summer.

This will be the 4th time I have stayed at Theresa's beautiful home. We always have a great time. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to enjoy themselves on vacation.I highly recommend it.

Maureen was the ultimate hostess. She had cold water bottles, a coffee bar, locally made snacks, games and all the beach gear guests might have forgotten! She had beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, & the latest magazines. The home also had more fluffy clean bath towels than any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in as well as spare sheets, extra pillows and blankets. We absolutely loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as the fabulously scented handsoap provided. Maureen was excellent in all communications with us. She checked in with us before arrival and to make sure we were able to access the home without any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and serene and well situated to access any area of the Hamptons. We visited the Hampton Classic in Bridgehampton, ate brunch at the Hampton Maid in Southampton, dinner at Cowfish in Hampton Bays and Rowdy Hall in East Hampton, shopped in Sag Harbor and got coffee in Westhampton beach all within a short distance!

Perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of space for 7. We traveled mid October and the weather was beautiful! Plenty of places to sit outside and inside. There is an outside gas fireplace right on the beach, which was a great place to have an evening cocktails and relax! The house was accommodating, clean, and fully equipped. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

I have rented in the Hamptons for a while, and this was an exceptional experience, handled by a kind host who is a true professional in client services. The location is great, and often out east one has to choose between a well maintained rental property and prime location, but not so here. The spacious house is so well kept and comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a lot to do driving 10/15 mins and plenty in walking distance too. Make time for enjoying the light from the water right outside the door from the comfortable well designed lounge/dining area that each house has. The landscape of the property is gorgeous and smart - it creates natural privacy between houses. Having a beach pass is a golden ticket out there - we enjoyed both ocean and bay beach swims. We liked the ease of walking around the neighborhood and also using the bikes at sunset. It was a special and relaxing experience, and we enjoyed meeting John.
