Great place quick access to stores,restaurants ect. Sabina was amazing and made checking in as easy as possible. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

Our family, despite being scattered across the US, was able to all gather here for a wonderful Thanksgiving week! The children refer to this house as the “mansion” and they weren’t wrong! From the moment we stepped through the front door, the home was spacious and beautifully decorated! We had plenty of room for each family unit, a well equipped kitchen for making meals, plenty of room for our daily games, a fire pit for evening marshmallow roasting and allowing us the time to make amazing memories! Jesse was so accommodating and I am so appreciative of all she did to make this the best week!

Such a cozy place in such a cozy, remote area. Use the directions as google maps won’t get you there. Incredible stay for a great price, hard to beat!

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s rental, it was exactly as pictured and very spacious! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of room for nine people + pets. The house was very beautiful, I would definitely recommend for large groups!

Second time staying at the cottage and loved it again. The location is perfect for our visit. The cottage is cozy and clean. Looking forward to the next visit!

The house was very clean. Spacious, updated and fully stocked bathroom. Extras like coffee and snacks left out in the kitchen was nice. Close to campus.

Andy and Kelly were always responsive when I sent a message. They allowed us a later check out, which was nice. The house was very clean. We did not cook so can’t comment on kitchen supplies. Very close to campus and a Catholic Church. It’s in a lovely neighborhood. Check in is via a keypad which is convenient. Loved how each room had its own bathroom.

The place was just as described! I t was easy to find and Susan did a great job communicating! We will definitely stay again!

Great place for a quick Thanksgiving stay. Cameron is an excellent host and the townhouse has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in Dana. Kevin’s house is beautiful, with a private access to the apartment above his garage. It is quite secluded but easy to find. We showed up after dark but Kevin had lights lining the driveway for us to see our way. The front of the house was roaming with deer when we arrived. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated with a comfy couch and chair in the living area and antique bedroom furniture in the bedroom. The place was very clean, to the point of spotless. The bath towels were fluffy and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. During our stay we went to Parke county to see covered bridges throughout the day, visited the old mill in Bridgeton, ate at Benjamin’s in Rockville, and watched a movie at the old time movie theater The Ritz. I enjoyed my time in the area and would love to return during the bridge festival one day.

Great place to stay! We had a very short stay but it was comfy and had everything we needed and more. It looked as expected and check in was a breeze. We appreciated the free coupons for coffee at Hopscotch, it’s definitely our new favorite! :) The bed was super comfy and we loved that there was a sound machine offered since it is right on the street. 10/10 Would stay again

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

our stay was short and sweet for an IU game. Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of campus, but not too far that you can't get there. would love to come back to fish and enjoy the trails.

we loved the place! quick walk to the square, and lots of space in the airbnb. hosts were quick to respond and were always checking in. Will definitely rent again from them if ever back in bloomington!

The House has everything you need! Super clean! And to have 2 1/2 bathrooms is a major advantage!!!! Host was very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay. I hesitate to rave about this place as well as Brandon because I’m afraid it might get so popular of a stay that it wouldn’t be available for when I’m in town again. I book this place regularly and have been tremendously happy with the space, setting and the host.

She was very helpful and very informative. I felt comfortable as soon as she replied. She made my nerves instantly go away. I get home sick easy and I was perfectly fine !

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Very nice place in a wooded setting with screened deck so you could be outside without getting attacked by bugs.

First of all, Angie was so friendly and communicated well. She was very responsive. Her home was wonderful, clean, and homely. Loved it! She allowed me to host a small gathering there for my husband’s birthday and allowed early check in which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here. The fire pit was great and the backyard was beautiful as well.

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!
