This home can accommodate 4 guests and it is in a great area to begin your adventure. It is located on the westside within a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided. Upon arrival you will enter entry foyer leading to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and one accent chair for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, free Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs/coffee, cookware, glassware and dinnerware and coffee maker everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit with a washer and dryer and we do supply basic laundering supplies. Each of the two queen sized bedrooms are furnished with two night stands with two lamps, a dresser with large closets. The two bedrooms are located up six stairs and share a common full bathroom. Our bathrooms are fully supplied with fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion with hair dryers for the convenience of our guests. A private patio with beautiful back backyard where you can enjoy the bluebirds or view the night lights of the town from the dining room. There is off street parking and this unit is family friendly with child gate, play-n-pack and a highchair. Must climb stairs to enter this duplex home. Susie and Mike are such kind and generous people! I really appreciated their accommodation of my two chihuahuas and making sure I had everything I needed to work remotely and just great communicators. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful with a great place to walk behind the property. It gets windy and chilly at night but having the hot tub ready really made it such a relaxing place. They even have an air fryer! I would recommend bringing aluminum foil, plastic bags or Tupperware if you want to grill. It was a nice getaway and my dogs were in farm heaven there!

Wow. This place was amazing! The pictures don’t show how big it is very well. All the bunk beds are full size beds that could easily fit two people each. And couch was massive. The pool, jacuzzi, and view were the most spectacular I’ve had at an Airbnb. Hot tubbing under a clear dark sky, kids loving the salt water pool (and not stinking like chlorine after), sipping my coffee in the hot tub in the morning while gazing at the hills and river. It’s so beautiful. Didn’t make it down to the river but I hear it’s great for swimming and water sports in the summer. I’m already thinking about when I can book this house again.

Loved the back porch! Amazing view of the canyon, with a very short walk right down to the river from the back door. Clean with comfy beds in an adorable little community of unique houses. Loved walking down to the little store for treats. Shuttle picked us up right from the house to go to the Gorge for our concert. Would definitely stay again!

Stacy was an awesome host! She was flexible with our dates and was responsive. Home was a great place to hang out with my friends. Loved having talks outdoor on the front porch or backyard. Provides towels for all! It was plentiful for our group of 10 which we appreciated. No complaints :)

Great location in Sunland. Very close to the Gorge Amphitheater. Comfortable place to stay with a gorgeous view! We were in the area for a concert at the Gorge and this place was perfect. Sunland even has a shuttle service that picks you up from the house and gets you to the Gorge and back after the concert. Very fun night. Thank you very much.
