We spent 7 wonderful days, including the Carnival. The house is very good and spacious, with a large balcony to relax as much time as you need and enjoy nature. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Leonardo was an excellent host, very polite and always accessible by phone. We hope to come back again.

The house is really much better than in the photos, it is very cozy and has all the necessary utensils, especially in the barbecue area, everything is very complete, comfortable beds, airy house, quiet and reserved place, even close to the center, very easy to get to, met all expectations, I intend to return!

Flávia's house is exactly like in the pictures. A delight!! We enjoy wonderful moments with family and friends there. What the photos really can't demonstrate is the peace the place has! Surrounded by green with the sound of nature! I highly recommend it!!

The house is just like the pictures. Beautiful Gramado! A delight to have a coffee in the morning in the hammock listening to the birds. Although the house is in a gated condominium overlooking the green, there is easy access to markets and bakeries, and can even be done by. Artur was extremely attentive with us. We want to go back now!

We wanted to escape the excitement of Rio de Janeiro at the carnival and could not have chosen a better place!!! We felt at home!!! Super available and requested hosts! We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious, well equipped and exactly like in the pictures, but what really surprised us was the structure of the condominium. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!

We spent a very pleasant carnival in the house, enjoying the peace and quiet of the condominium. We find it even better than in the photos. we do not miss anything, very complete house, everything you can imagine, it makes a lot of difference to stay in a professional Airbnb, where the host thinks about everything, you do not have to worry if you forgot a sugar or salt or coffee filter (in our case, we forget about the thick salt haha), they have already thought about everything. because it is relatively distant (20min) from the nearest center, the ideal is to go shopping and take everything to enjoy the house. the house has an amazing view, at the top of the condominium, and a very nice balcony to have coffee, BBQ etc. we don't miss anything. note 10!

Daniela respond to me quickly to release a day that had been blocked in the system. To get to the house, it has a dirt road of 10min from the main road, but it is very quiet by taking it easy. The house had all the utensils of cooking, bed and bath. The hydromassage is great and heats up perfectly! I loved the experience!

We got a weekend and it was amazing, we went in a group and it was a great experience. We hired Leninha by appointment of Betina and it was one of the best choices we made, all ready at the time we agreed, the food was great and she is pure sympathy. I think the house could have an update of some things that would help improve the experience such as the issue of the aesthetics of wallpapers and the issue of lighting. But it's not something that made our weekend less special, we enjoyed too much.

Our weekend at the Tayinea estate was wonderful! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Tayinea always responded very quickly with great kindness and affection. The house is a spectacle, the interior very clean, organized, smelling bedding. Detail for the double bedroom closet, which allowed us to leave the clothes of the suitcases well tidy and without kneading. By the way, the view from the double room at dawn is amazing. As for the outdoor area, all very well cared for, clean and organized. There were so many attractions in the backyard that we barely left the house for a walk. The Fire place gave us amazing photos at night. Our pet also took advantage of the property as the backyard is all walled up and totally safe for our four-legged friends. We love everything! We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much for you, you are a love!

Ana's house is just perfect! Exactly as shown in the photos, with every detail very well cared for. It was, without a doubt, the best and most complete Airbnb house I've ever stayed in. Ana Paula was super attentive and helpful — she responded quickly whenever I needed her and made our stay, mine and my family's, even more enjoyable. I recommend it with my eyes closed! I will be back for sure!

The stay at Lea's place was great, it's very nice there, with a wonderful and quiet garden and the house is also good. And Lea is a great host, very accessible. This is the second time I've been with my family and we love it.

The host left td perfectly tidy to welcome us in a very cozy way. We gave you all the instructions and made everything as easy as possible, as well as being super polite, kind and extremely easy to communicate. The house is a dream, much better than the photos of the listing! All clean, tidy and in very good taste. The bathroom is spacious which makes mobility easier. Great Internet for working and watching movies and series. The backyard with the barbecue, wood stove, showers, fruit trees, plants and flowers is beautiful! Walled td house perfect for child safety and pet! The brook in the background and calm and clean! It was days of peace and a lot of joy, we and our pet love every second! I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing experience in the house in Teresópolis! House is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is far from the city centre but with a breathtaking view and very quiet. Thanks for hosting 😃

Very cozy house, with excellent leisure area, well located, close to restaurants, fair from the top, cbf, can make td without the need for a car.

Mr. Ary's house is wonderful. My family and I were very well received. We were in a group of 10 and were very well accommodated. The house is spacious, airy, full kitchen, two refrigerators... The pool area is also perfect for a poolside barbecue (which we did). The house is even more beautiful in person. The yard is huge with lots of plants and a beautiful lawn. The young man who received us was very helpful and made us very comfortable. I highly recommend Mr. Ary, especially for large groups because the house is very comfortable!

Carmem is an excellent hostess, very capricious, caring and polite. My family was very well received. The place is beautiful, cozy, super well equipped and very clean. We notice the care and the whim in each little corner visited. We take a lot of advantage of the barbecue corner, the pool and the pizza oven. We play pool and enjoy a delicious fire at night. We only have to thank you for hosting. I highly recommend to any family. It was a great promenade.

The house is very beautiful, spacious and was clean and presentable on our arrival. The condominium is quite safe, with very strict rules, and does not allow guests to visit. Being a construction of the 70s, the house needs updating/maintenance, especially hydraulic and electricity, as well as sofas and armchairs of the room need to renovate the upholstery. We had bad luck with the weather, it rained 8 of the 9 days of our stay. The house could have exercise equipment, such as treadmill or bike (there is plenty of room for this), for situations like this. There is only one television (in the living room) in the whole house, we miss more TVs, since the accommodation is for 14 people and has 5 bedrooms. The internet is good, it is good in almost the whole house, it is what saved us, because with the bad time, SKY did not work. Finally, a special thank you to Aldair, an employee of the house and who commanded the kitchen during our stay. He did everything to please and solve the problems that arose.

Mrs. Fatima's house is beautiful and very spacious. We loved everything. The caretakers, Mrs. Nice and Mr. Edir, were super kind and polite, always willing to help with whatever was needed. They take care of the house with great affection and care. The place is charming. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Best hosting possible! Our experience was much better than expected. Although it has rained far beyond normal, we were able to take advantage of the fireplace and all the structure that the house offers. Because it is very well located, we feel very safe and welcome. The house was excellent to spend a family moment and celebrate my birthday. Very close to Viva Italia, Feirinha do Alto, steakhouses, Granja Comary... in short, it was great! The questions and aids we need were promptly answered by Rosane, in addition to having surprised us with pampering and all attention for the atypical situation of rain in the mountains. We'll be back for sure!
