A beautiful apartment in a very good location with a 24-hour reception, very friendly and willing to help.

The apartment is very very comfortable and very very complete. Close to downtown and about 10 minutes from Portal Temuco shopping. Everything was clean and tidy. It's a 13th floor with an elevator and a garage. It has a balcony and beautiful view. I recommend it!

Excellent accommodation, it is just as you can see in the photos, it is a new department, very good cleanliness, with everything you need. It is only 3 blocks from the main square, with access to a variety of shops and places to eat. Gabriela, a 10 in care! We arrived on the day of the national blackout in Chile, and we hardly arrived (we didn't even take a dimension of the cut) she appeared with candles, matches and water, communicating the situation, indicating places to supply us in case of needing and being available. Also, all their instructions for arrival/departure and use of the apartment (it's all electric) were very clear. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice and comfortable. It has cooking utensils, a hot drink and refrigeration. The space is quite ample and welcoming.

I traveled alone to Temuco, and Mrs. Carmen surprised me with her great hospitality and attention, I really felt at home, the room had a private bathroom, the common areas are very spacious and have a lot of dishes, the neighborhood was quiet and there is public transportation outside the residence. 100% recommended :)
